Ive ordered twice now from here. Once for a pleco which was packed so well, arrived safely, the seller made sure the temperature was ideal for the wellbeing of the fish before posting. A company shows its true worth when things don't go according to plan, and Aquatic Bliss exceeded all expectations.I had a minor issue with a recent snail order, but Naomi was absolutely awesome in resolving the hiccup. She handled everything with incredible fairness, understanding, and top-tier customer service.It is also clear that they take immense care and effort in shipping. The snails arrived in incredibly sturdy packaging complete with heat pack to ensure they stayed safe and warm during transit. This is not the only time I've ordered from here. Done a good 4-5 orders and never been disappointed. Fish quality 10/10, price 10/10 and communication 10/10.
