i would never use this company again... no customer service at all...
My parcel got lost and was never delivered, 2 months later and no refund... in the end i claimed on Paypal and got my money back...

They are useless, i honestly think its some guy sat in his living room in Germany send out parcels... they are not a company at all... useless..

Strange company, this was my first time water cooling a pc and I bought parts for my bday on the 27th spending around £800 on their website, very quick delivery all well and good, ordered the wrong part so I sent this back and got a refund which was all good! Then I needed to order a few screws and the correct gpu block from them, after ordering it I waited 2 weeks only confirmation of my order on the website it said fk all so on the Friday I emailed to say do they have an update or anything on the parts. No response till Monday which was a greatly worded email with plenty of information ‘Hello, your part comes to our warehouse this week’ fan-fkin-tastic eventually got an email that Friday saying it had been dispatched hurrah! Only problem is I’ve noticed today they haven’t put a delivery address they’ve just put generic stance of the town I live, at 4pm of the delivery date I get an update which I notice at 6 that this has happened and they can’t tell where it’s got to go so I ring up and have it adjusted so it’ll come tomorrow, now this is the 4th of August for all computer lovers out there admittedly your experience may not take this long but if you have problems you’d want to be updated. I’ve been without a computer now for almost 5 weeks which is crap. If you can find another company to go with it will save you a lot of aggro. This delivery I’ve had issue with I’ve paid £171 for the parts and £22 for delivery for that price is ridiculous to have to see such delays and it’s truly made me think the worst of the company, there’s no way to complain so I haven’t a clue if I’d get a refund for my delivery

Seems as though it's 50/50. Some people such as myself get a 5 star service, and others a 1 star experience.

Having read the reviews and from my own feedback, my educated guess would be that they are a small company, so when something goes wrong they don't have the resources to throw at the problem as some of the larger retailers.

They are based in Germany, however my parcel was shipped and delivered within 3 working days as advertised. Although it would be nice if they advertised the former, it has zero impact on their service so I'm in no mind to dock them a star or two because of it.

I had to return my Parcel for completely unrelated reasons and the process couldn't have been smother.

Would definitely use again.

Such a shame this company with such brilliant products falls short on customer service. I waited over 1 month with no sign of my order and no emails or calls to let me know what was going on. Today I have given up waiting and RMA'd it as non-delivered item.

Terrible service.

Good items and pricing but super slow and poor service.
First-order went through ok, ships from Germany with super expensive postage (their website says it was the cheapest but it wasn't)
I had to return one part, my fault, and that's when things went wrong.
The return was only processed after 1 week of messaging (which they never answer) and a phone call.
Then to get the refund processed it was yet more messages and another call.
Ordered another part but it didn’t get shipped.
Messaged again and again with still no answer.
12 days after ordering I called and got told they had messaged me as the address wasn’t complete (it was the same address as used on the first order, that arrived).
No email received by me, no history of any messages sent by them on the website.
Also note that their default shipping is the most expire option (labeled as the cheapest) yet their own DHL option is half the price.
I have gone back to Overclockers and got the same things delivered the very next day.
I won’t be using Aquatuning again, I just can’t stand slow and poor service

I ordered some parts on sunday 26-01-2019 and all parts was here by the 29-01-2020. 3 days later.
The parts I ordered was for my HTPC build.
1 x Alphacool Repack - Dual DC-LT - 5,25 Single Bay
2 x Alphacool DC-LT 2600 Ultra low noise ceramic - 12V DC
1 x Alphacool Eisblock XPX CPU - Intel/AMD - deep black
and some fittings.

All parts are very well made. And all work fine.
I see lots of bad reviews of Aquatuning but I have to say I am very happy.

The Alphacool Repack - Dual DC-LT - 5,25 Single Bay and the 2 pumps work very well. And its silent. My 80mm fans are louder at 1500rpm than the pumps on max.

I will be buying again from alphacool / aquatuning

Yes their not in the UK they are in germany but 3 days and my items are in my computer.

This company is not in the uk despite its best efforts to make it look like they are. Postage is extortionate for a company from the UK.... o yea they are not. They are German and once they get your money all automated correspondence is done in German. They take ages to process orders, even if you pay extra for "immediate processing" and if you try and contact them you'll get a reply 2 weeks later with the word **SPAM** in the subject line.... that is how much they care about their customers all the emails go into the spam folder.

It's true, most people only go to the effort of leaving a review when they've had a bad experience. My experience with Aquatuning was flawless and I feel compelled to lift their review rating. I'm based in Australia and bought parts from Aquatuning the same day as I ordered some parts from Australia's leading online computer store (located in Australia). Shipping cost 5x more for my Australian parts order than my order from Germany and guess what? The parts arrived from Germany on same day as my parts from Australia! The detailed updates and communication from Aquatuning was also excellent. I would definitely buy from them again.

Was worried by some of the other reviews here, but my order was fine, needed some Alphacool parts which I couldn't find anywhere else. I think it was dispatched from Germany and took 3 working days with economy delivery.

If you like good customer service when you have a problem or faulty item do not buy from aquatuning they are possibly the worst company ever. They make you pay for return postage and then decide if your item is faulty, avoid this company at all costs.

Dont buy from this website they wont send. The item on the date that you expect it and if you complain about their service they will block you

Was looking for two specific parts and after much internet searching I found the only place for one them was Aquatuning and also Aquatuning offered the other part for much cheaper than the cheapest UK seller, was about to order when I read all the horrid reviews here about this retailer and it put me off for a few days until I finally thought what the hell and placed my order, this was a near £200 order and of course I was skepticle... I needn't have worried... My order was placed in the evning of 29th May, I chose the next shipping up from the standard free shipping option but 3 options from the highest premium shipping/processing option. This only cost me £5 something extra. My order was dispatched the following morning on the 31st, and was just recieved lunchtime today the 1st June!! Very well packed and the items in perfect condition, also recieved an email with each step of the order processing. Have had much slower (and more expensive) services from UK domestic retailers/couriers.

Will not worry about ordering here again in the future!!

they send the incorrect item and can give me no indication as to when it will be back in stock so they can send another. the item they did send wasn't even close to what I tried to order from them.

after several messages back and forth which failed to resolve the issue I requested they send a courier to collect the items and refund me for their mistake.

They would not arrange a courier and would not accept the return postage charges for their mistake.

It's taken a good month to get my the charges for return postage paid for, not by aquatuning but paypal who have covered the full amount after a quick phonecall with them even though it is above their limit they can cover for return postage.

don't waste your money and buy from a reputable retailer

Spijt dat ik online besteld had bij hun,Er bleek een onderdeel pas na
8 a 9 weken te leveren te zijn,Dat kreeg ik pas na 4 dagen te horen na veelvuldig mailen en uiteindelijk bellen,Heb dat onderdeel laten storneren,
Rest van de onderdelen heb ik na een week dat het nog niet binnen was
geheel laten cancelen,inmiddels ben ik bijna 3 weken verder en heb tot
dusver alleen het geld van het 1e onderdeel terug.
Echt nog nooit zo'n slechte webwinkel mee gemaakt.

I was informed the item was back ordered after I had paid and made my order.

6 weeks later the box has still not been dispatched. Very disappointing.

I ordered a Dark Rock 3 CPU cooler and fan on the Monday night and it arrived on the Friday morning, it was posted from Germany with UPS normal postage and it had full tracking, the parcel was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition and it was cheaper than any British company and it was posted to the Scottish Highlands without any surcharge.

Cordiali,ottimo servizio,tempi di spedizione 4/5,ragionevoli considerando che la sede ed il magazzino principali sono situati in Germania,ho acquistato una stragrande varietà di prodotti da loro ed è andato tutto bene per quanto riguarda il loro servizio come azienda,solo una volta mi è arrivato un prodotto rotto ma non per colpa loro ma del prodotto in sé che era preassemblato in fabbrica e montato a dir poco da cani,aquatuning mi ha spedito subito appena avvisati tutti i componenti necessari nuovi per sostituire quelli rotti con la possibilità eventuale per mia scelta di tornare indietro il prodotto stesso e aquistarne un altro oppure avere la restituzione dei soldi spesi.
