The device did not come with readable instructions. I was unable to figure out how to attach it to my hose. The '24 hour Live Chat' on the website did not function. The Phone call I made to the customer service number was never connected. The Returns tab on the website never loaded. A bunch of money down the drain and a lesson learned. Utter garbage.
DO NOT PURCHASE! This is NOT a pressure washer nor does it function as such. It does nothing more or less than the normal sprayer attachment on the garden hose. Was truly disappointed with purchase. We had to purchase an additional adapter to get it attached to the hose, even though I purchased their adapters (at extra cost).
This is a scam and the company can’t be contacted to refund your money. You have to buy an adapter to connect to your garden hose and the pressure it creates is no better then a $5 dollar spray adapter. Do not buy it as it does not work at all as advertised. Total scam and waste of money.
My husband bought this high pressure cleaning nozzle and was extremely disappointed, saying it is no better than your average garden hose sprayer. The advertising claiming this product to be otherwise is deceiving. We would not recommend it to our friends - a waste of $50.00.

I would give zero stars if I could. I thoroughly researched this company online to be sure I was buying from a trusted source. At the time I checked trustpilot and it gave Aquoxis the highest rating, so of course I placed my order, and soon found out they were a SCAM. I was unable to track the order once they said it was shipped because the links they supplied linked to nowhere. There is no way to communicate with this company once they take your money. They give you a bogus email address. I’ve already filed a dispute with my credit card company for every last penny of this purchase. Save your money and go elsewhere.
AQUOXIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. NO WAY TO TRACK THE ORDER WITHOUT PAYING A FEE AT FIRST, (THAT WAS MY FIRST CLUE), THEN THE NEXT EMAIL GAVE THE SAME LINK TO TRACK BUT IT LEAD TO NOWHERE. I will no longer be buying from instagram ads. I thought trustpilot was trustworthy, but even they let me down this time! My timing, unfortunately, must have been off. Lesson learned.
Es ist der größte Reinfall meines Lebens. Der einfache alte Brauseaufsatz meines Gartenschlauches ist effektiver als dieses minderwertige Produkt. Die Rückgabe kostet 34,-- € und funktioniert dennoch nicht. Ich werde nie wieder bei Aqoxis Shop kaufen.

It’s just a fancy version of the standard cheap hose nozzle.

Judging by the reviews on Trustpilot.com and on Trustpilot.co.uk, this product is a complete and utter SCAM.
They have produced an extremely professional video on utube about how 'wonderful' this product is and I almost believed all the hype....until I checked out both Trustpilot sites - USA and UK. They blatantly lie about the Trustpilot comments they say they have received. Both sites average ONE STAR!
So remember the old adage, 'If it's too good to be true, it probably is!" My advice: keep well away from these crooks.

Dette produkt er simpelt svindel og bondefangeri for åben skærm , det der vises på denne annonce er manipoleret på en sådan måde at alle billeder er fotograferet således at det skal se ud som en fantastisk ny afløsning for for en højtryksrenser , men kig godt på de billeder der er lagt ind nogle steder kan man se alt andet end en almendelig Have slange der ses en højtryksslange og den lanse der sidder på har intet med den omtalte pistol at gøre , og hvis man klikker på billedet får man et helt andet billede af en haveslange med en pistol på hvilket er mærkelig , jeg undre mig også over at der er fyldt op med reklamer for dette produkt, det virker meget mærkeligt når det ikke lever op til det de viser , så jeg kan bare sige SPAR for guds skyld de penge og køb en rigtig Højtryksrenser billig eller dyr , det det bestemmer du selv kommer an på hvor lang tid du ønsker at have sådan en rigtig maskine frem for dette virkelig dårlige produkt .
