Excellent responsive company. After a bad experience with another company who deferred their delivery by 2 months halfway through the day of delivery I called Aqva to check availability of the item. They were kind enough to call their supplier whilst I was on the phone to confirm availability. Item was then delivered 2 days later which was ahead of expectations.

Ordered my first vertical radiators in grey as looking for a modern radiator that did not look like towel rail for a kitchen and utility but that you could sill hand a tea towel on as they have separate hanging rails as an option. Very pleased with the overall look but they were quite expensive compared to a standard radiator.

Shower doors arrived in good time, I wasn't quite ready to fit them as still installing shower wall. When close inspection of doors undertaken saw that roller had broken plastic casing. I contacted Aqva Support via email. They arranged replacement parts to be sent, took about one week. All fitted now, looking and working great, the new design of roller versus slide working much better. My experience of Aqva and Lakes was positive their support processes worked.

I have bought 2 bathroom ceiling lights from Aqva. Correspondence has been good and the products turned up quickly. Overall very pleased with the service from Aqva and woud recommend.
