The item was left in an open box in my front garden and was dusty and dirty.

Products and on line system great but
Products and on line system great, what fell down was the delivery - 2 items ordered, got text from DHL on Thursday morning (delivery between 11.10 and) that was it? 21.23 that evening delivery undertaken, I was out walking the dog and partner was getting ready for bed, not overly impressed. Second parcel came on the Friday via a company called Circuit, text came in at 04.37 (we were well asleep and didn't hear it) - delivery between 05.30 and 06.00, yes placed on doorstep at 05.54, at least they didn't knock!! So much for the comment on the web saying the delivery driver will wait whilst package is checked, fortunately ours was ok. I know there are issues at present with delivery driver shortages but at least getting adequate information would help?

Bath screen ordered easily online and delivered promptly. Straightforward to assemble - 8mm glass so is heavy and needs care when aligning. Good value purchase - would recommend Aqva

Very happy. Excellent product, price and delivery.
Very happy with the enormous bath from Aqva.
The price was the best I could find by about £50.
The website was good, although the search is frustrating as the results seem to forget any changes you have made e.g. listing in price order not recommended, and so you have to change that every time you return to the results after looking at a product.
I called them twice as there seemed to be 2 listing for the same bath so I wanted to check I was ordering what I thought I was. Initially I spoke to a really helpful person who told me the item number of the bath I wanted as they did not stock it (it was a version with tap holes). She was very professional and helpful. I didn't make a purchase at that time. After a bit more thinking and shopping around I decided to go for the bath stocked by Aqva and I called them again. This time I did make the order, but the person I spoke to seemed like they had had a long day! Despite that I got what I wanted and was able to check the details.
Delivery was good and the driver was helpful. Tracking was good and delivery was fast too.
The product is great and was in perfect condition. Packaging appeared to be minimal, but did the job with no issues.
I would be happy to use Aqva again and would recommend.

All good, if a little confusing!
Smooth transaction, user friendly website and good value.
However, knocked 1 star off because the delivery notices said the goods were from QS which was very confusing.

Good unit let down by quality
Good unit already pre made. Sink had excess plaster stuck to it needed cleaning up carefully so not to scratch it. No fixings included for the sink to the vanity unit. Vanity unit had blemishes on the gloss drawers. Fast dispatch but little disappointed with fixings and quality however price was low enough to override the defects.

Having purchased an Aqva bath shower…
Having purchased an Aqva bath shower screen before I was keen to get another one for the refurbished bathroom at my new property. The quality is excellent and the main importance for me is the door can also be opened out in to the room which makes cleaning so much easier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
