I’ve had my desktop machine for a week now - and I am honestly astounded how good it is. The retro feel, the nostalgia it has generated is immense.

10,000 games apparently - I will not be able to confirm or refute this - but all my favourites are there.

A honourable mention also to sales process, communication and delivery - all spot on.

Well done Arcade Mania - you have made a wonderful product.

Wow what a company. From start to finish the service was first class. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was the customer from hell with my messages but they were always happy to help and answer my questions. I even got it delivered by them with a birthday card for my husband. Great machine overall and very well built with excellent attention to detail. It’s a Pandora’s Box inside a lovely cabinet so don’t expect the games to play or look exactly as you remember. My favourite game in 1984 was Kung-Fu Master and this one is very much faithful to the arcade game.
So, if you order one, be prepared to wait up to 3 months to actually get it. I’ve been to the factory in Barnsley and they do loads of other stuff. They were very busy at the time when I ordered mine.
Build five stars, games 4 stars overall satisfaction with transaction 3 stars.

Over 9 week wait and poor communication from seller. Machine is finally here and no faults just the lengthy wait and lack of communication

Craig and his team gave a five star experience. Craig helpfully sent photographs and videos and answered every question before buying. The item was made with care and the delivery was very good. After sale a brief problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently and he is there to help in future. Who could ask for more.

Amazing customer service and perfect quality bespoke arcade machine, can’t recommend them enough

I treated myself to a Mega arcade machine and I. Am. Loving it. Machine is stable, well built, looks and feels premium, and plays excellent. Craig was very helpful, and provided regular updates on his progress building it. Delivery also went without a hitch and assembling it (just putting the bartop on top of the stand) was very straightforward and easy. Very happy with the entire process and can recommend.

FANTASTIC, Coin pusher is amazing looks great and works great. Can't say enough good words about Craig and team answered all messages and calls very promptly. After sales service amazing Craig sorted a small issue out over phone but would of visited to sort out. Craig kept his word for a xmas delivery , was delivered xmas eve. With out a doubt will be buying another machine in near future. Thanks again Craig and team.

What can I say? Ordering was easy, questions answered every time, kept up to date with production and dispatch. And when it arrived? The pics do not do it justice! Amazing machine absolutely love it! These guys are top notch, start to finish and I can’t thank them enough :)

Nayim and the rest of arcade mania go above and beyond to help their customers. After an unfortunate mishap with the courier, Nayim went out of his way to ensure I received the product I paid for. My machine is the perfect addition to my man cave and all of the games I've played run smoothly on it.

Alongside the impeccable customer service, the craftsmanship of the machine itself is none other than luxurious, it really is well made. I'd recommend any product from these guys, they really do hold the customers satisfaction at the heart of the business and it really shows.

OVERPRICED and one-man company.

Be aware that the company is literally ONE MAN show. If he is sick forget about your product. During the purchase and sale period - great service and response and once the machine was received - literally nothing. Nayim would not even respond to whatsup msg. Shameful.
The quality of printing is good, it is a sturdy machine but attention to detail is poor - 22-inch screen is not aligned properly, the games are not set up for screen size (screen resolution ), poor manual. This is way overpriced, look elsewhere.
