Decent and practical tool that does the job reasonably well, good value considering the price.

Arrived after roughly two weeks which was acceptable. Decent quality and practical design, considering the affordable price paid. Overall fairly satisfied, although the shipping time couldve been quicker. Good enough purchase for daily use.

Received mine after about two weeks in decent packaging without any damages. Quality seems solid for the price, and the practical design makes everyday tasks easier. Not overly impressive, but good enough for regular use and does the job nicely. Delivery timeframe could have been better.

Overall pretty useful and decent quality; its practical and serves its purpose nicely. Perhaps improving packaging would enhance initial impressions, but Im satisfied with this purchase.

Works pretty efficiently and arrived promptly with friendly service; might suggest clearer instructions included to improve user experience.

I ordered a necklace, looked pretty good online. When it came, it was very cheaply made, and hardly resembled the picture. Wanted to return it for full refund, as their site said 100% guaranteed. I was offered $6…latest and final offer is $12…less than 1/2 what I paid. So much for their guarantee!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

This company is a scam don't order from them.

Ordered this item mainly because of its attractive price and functionality. Shipping took about two weeks, pretty reasonable overall. Quality seems fine for regular usage, although some clearer instructions would have improved the experience. Packaging was decent, could be slightly better secured.

Got this at a great price, and its pretty useful overall. Quality seems decent enough for everyday cleaning, though handle grip could use improvement for more comfort. Would appreciate some clearer instructions included. Still, considering what I paid, its a handy addition to my household chores.

Prior to Christmas I ordered a wood sculpted hand item as a gift but did not realize that a family member had already bought a gift for the recipient. I immediately (less than 5 minutes of ordering) contacted Architecturm to cancel the order. Their response was why I want to cancel even though I explained. To my surprise, they said that the order was already shipped after less than 5 minutes of me contacting them!l to cancel!
I asked about returning the item once received and they have not responded to my emails. I’m not one to write reviews as I have NEVER experienced such lack of customer service and bad experience. I trusted that this was a reputable company and got burned!

I ordered items in Nov. 2023 for Christmas. I received the 3 items AFTER Christmas with one of the items being broken in transit to me (it took about 6 weeks to receive). The packaging was so poor, I don’t know how they expected it would make it in one piece.
I contacted them and sent a picture. I paid $19.99 for this item and they were willing to compensate me for $4. I declined and we had 2 more correspondences, with the last from me telling them that I will have my credit card company stop payment. They subsequently offered me $5, then $7 and I would have to ship the item back to their Chinese warehouse, which “will be very expensive for me” (their words).

I have asked my cc company to dispute the charges.

I forgot to mention that initially they overcharged me for the 3 items I purchased. They did reimburse me the difference for that mistake.

I ordered 2 Christmas ornament for 7 dollars each. By the time I paid for them it was $29. My fault for completing the transaction, but I immediately tried to cancel and was told the shipment was already processed. They said I had to wait till they are delivered and then return them. I’m still waiting. I should know better than to fall for these scams, from China. Live and learn.

Very fed up of waiting for the heart hands in brown I ordered over 6 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I was getting tracking updates every other day for the first month that were cleanly fake saying 'in transit' it made it to Belfast 2 weeks ago and then nothing (I live in south west England!) I've contacted Architectturm twice and was told to 'kindly be patient '.today they've told me they are resending the order. Now after reading all these damning reviews, I'm not sure I want some red tat that resembles nothing what I believed I was ordering. I am disgusted that I have been scammed. Not only this but they continue to send me advertisements of their products stating "70%discount on everything "
Please don't get sucked into this. Facebook sponsered ads on Marketplace seem to be false advertising. It's happened before with clothes that are nothing like in the picture.

As others people have said, they are definitely NOT "Hand Carved Wooden Sculptures!".... That is a FALSE representation, and should fall under the... "Trade Descriptions Act"
These are just... "Cheap, Shiny, Mass Produced Items" ....which aren't even wood!... and unfortunately, made in China too, which has made me even more annoyed!
One of these pair of hands was meant to be a "special present" for my girlfriend who lives abroad, who I am going to see. How am I going to give her this rubbish now!!??

Their website claims the items are hand carved WOOD products. They definitely are NOT wood but very cheaply made plastic. I sent an email requesting a refund and they replied with “we value your business and can offer $3 USD refund and you can keep the product” My response was that the plastic product wasn’t even worth $3!! And they responded with “we can offer $5 USD and you can keep the product. It will cost you a lot more to ship the item back”
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Item is not at all what they show in the pictures. You would imagine a wooden piece but instead it's a knock-off, mass produced artificial item. Very disappointed; I bought 2.

They are a rip off sending me some cheap looking knock off from what was pictured saying they sent correct product. I ordered a item that was brown and the one I got was red. Stay away from this company.

I placed an order on 9/7 within 1 hour sent a cancel order. No response. I sent another cancel order the next day. I was told the order was shipped immediately...and order couldn't be canceled. Multiple emails and here we are on 9/12 and STILL no shipping information. So if/when order arrives and I want it returned I'm sure I won't be provided a postage paid authorization. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
