David and Mike were both very professional and very knowledgeable. They knew what and most importantly HOW to do it..not being from the technology era I know nothing but to call, text , play 3 games and very seldom use email..yes I am old lady and learning curve is difficult for me with health issues that don't help.
Thank you Aclerdesk for the security of my machines, getting rid of the worm and the invasion of another person. i feel MUCH safer NOW!
