I used Arcplan for there builder tendering service, they helped vett and screen all builders we where interested in, and thenkfully secured our contracts to ensure we where covered onsite.

Not much choice in my area for local architects, so i didn't have much choice but to search google. Glad i did in the end as Arcplan worked out so well for me, with online meetings and clear communication paths, I felt like I was in the room with the architects. They listened to my advice and helped make my extentsion reality with ease.

Fast and precise, great communication mechanisms through online chat and whatsapp made me really feel close to the team at all times as they responded everytime to my questions, with having to wait too long. Worth the costs.

The survey in the box was fantastic—it made me feel truly integrated into the project and saved me a lot of time and money that would have been wasted with local architects. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the Arc Plan team and their service.

A local architect quoted over $3,000 for a single-storey extension, but these guys beat both the price and timing. They’re legends! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move quickly with their projects.

The drawings service was ideal and fairly straight forward, but what impressed us the most was the onsite support they gave a year after when we were building. Online is the way forward, must say online consultation, review and design was seamless. Fair priced and very well informed architects. Deffo will use again.

Fair price for London based architects and service and communication was clear and professional, something you don't find too often in London. Highly recommended

They are not paying for the structural calculations that we did for them in 2023, and they are not answering phone calls, emails, etc.

I found this service not up to expectations. Poor advice was given about us achieving planning permission for our project. The project was rejected by the planners on 2 attempts. By the time we got planning approval (3rd attempt) it wasn't worth us building.
The initial advice we got from Arcplan said there would be no problem getting the approvals. This was poor advice that led to us spending a lot of money and time on the project.
I would now go to a local architect, who knows the local market than deal with an online business like this. A poor experience overall.
