This group is toxic
This group is toxic. They quickly got me a small loan but claimed the payback terms were monthly. Later they provided a document with a forged signature that said payback was daily. I was late a day and they garnished ALL my income from three contracted businesses and blocked my square and cash ap systems. After I got a lawyer involved and paid they off, they released my funds but then continued to try to bill me. I had to put up a stop payment on my account. They sent me a pay off letter written in legalese that other lenders sometimes would not accept. My credit report tanked and I am listed as a defaulter.

We take all feedback seriously and believe it is important to clarify the facts reflected in our records.
The merchant entered into a written revenue-based financing agreement that clearly disclosed the remittance structure, authorization terms, and remedies in the event of non-payment. The agreement was executed electronically and governs the relationship between the parties.
On 04/08/2025, the merchant stopped authorized remittances, which constitutes a default under the agreement. As a result, contractual enforcement actions were initiated in accordance with the authorizations provided by the merchant, including coordination with payment processors. These actions are not punitive; they are contractual protections triggered by a remittance stop.
Despite the default, we worked directly with the merchant to resolve the matter amicably. The merchant elected to complete a one-time payoff, and we extended a 5% discount, resulting in a final payoff amount of $5,526.42. Upon receipt of payment, all applicable release notices were issued and processors were authorized to resume normal disbursements.
We do not forge signatures, alter contracts, or pursue accounts after a verified payoff. Any documentation provided post-resolution is issued in standard legal format to ensure accuracy and compliance.
We regret that the experience was frustrating; however, we strongly dispute allegations of misconduct. We remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and fair dealings with all merchants.

Easy to work with and great customer service
The customer service is definitely the best of any of these companies I’ve worked. They are very quick to help adjust and adapt to your business depending upon your business revenue. When my revenue was nearly cut in half, arena was easy to work with and quickly adjusted my payments to help accommodate the reduction in revenue so that it wouldn’t impact our business operations. I will definitely be working with them going forward.

Broken promises
They took too much money out of my account after I was paid off. In addition, the representative made a promise that I could re-finance at either half-way or 3/4 of the way through. That was not the truth even though my business revenue was still the same and I had not missed any payments.

Thank you for your feedback. In regard to your overpayment, your last payment cleared on 07/11/2024, and a refund was issued on 07/19/2024.
Regarding refinancing, we do not offer this service. The ISO representative you worked with is an independent party who works with multiple lenders, and any refinancing discussions would be between you and them. Arena Funding Source LLC does not have any sales office in house; therefore, we cannot make such promises.
