Quality customer service

I tried Ares for the offer pay three get five more free.
I thought, if no good I can wear at night.
But I was surprised, they are light, comfortable and even easy to war with sanitary napkins.

I’m very happy with Ares Underwear. The design looks stylish and well thought out, the colors are great, and the overall appearance feels premium and expensive.

The material is synthetic rather than silk, but in my opinion that is actually a plus. For underwear, I personally prefer good synthetic fabric over silk. It feels practical, comfortable, and better suited for regular wear.

I have already washed the items, and they kept their shape well. The quality seems solid, and everything still looks as it should. Overall, a very good product if you want underwear that looks attractive, distinctive, and well made.

I’m honestly so impressed with these underwear. They’re my first pair made from silk, and I didn’t realise just how much of a difference it would make. The fit is perfect — really comfortable without feeling tight — and the material is incredibly soft against the skin.

They genuinely feel like I’m not wearing anything at all, which makes them ideal for all-day wear. Lightweight, breathable, so I’ll definitely be buying more

I own a Paving Company and for my entire life worn nothing but Hanes and Fruit of the Loom cotton briefs what ever was the cheapest. After a very near death experience. I decided to try finer things in life one being better underwear lol. I decided I wanted silk sheets and bought the best money could buy. After a few days on the sheets I wandered if anyone mad silk underwear for men. Started researching and found Ares. Bought 8 pair and two weeks later bought 8 more. My bagonyas never had it so good. These things are incredibly comfortable and look sharp. Customer for life for however long that may be. Oh yea for the rest of you hard hat wearing hard asses you gotta try these trust me you are punishing yourself without them.

Everyone needs to understand this is a scam. I received my 8 x boxer shorts, they are not silk, they are 2% silk and rest us mix of nylon, spandex and viscose. Like super man made material. I contacted customer service to return and they said they are silk and labeling of product material on their product is wrong?. Anyway, as per this policy you need to return to China at your customer for a refund, currently I have a £10.25 quote but then the carrier does not recognize the address they supplied. In the end I’ll just let my credit card company deal with it but please don’t get scammed like I did

I ordered several times and was given the wrong sizes three times and there was not a timely responce to correct the order before shipment. The web site ordering system was not working correctly and kept defaulting to small. There was no resoultion. So Iwould order more but wasted $225.00 in un useable product and still do not have what iI needed

I ordered Premium silk boxers from the company via their advertisement on Facebook. One pair was only available in Large, the rest were Medium. I am very happy with the Large pair as they are a good fit. I realized my mistake in ordering Medium immediately as I tried on the Large. I have contacted the company several times about exchanging the bulk of the order for the Large size and have had only one message in return which apologized for tardiness through technical difficulties, but no comment upon my actual query whatsoever. The packs of Medium boxers remain unopened. I am disappointed to have such poor customer service as this was my first order and I also ordered a magnetic ring around the same time. Whilst this was received as advertised, I probably wouldn't have bothered had I known the level of overall customer service. I also received a notification that the 'ticket (is) closed' on my query which I immediately disputed with Ares.

I placed order #24581 on March 8, 2026 and I still have not received it. I also emailed customer support several times and got no reply at all. This is very disappointing and unacceptable service. I paid AED 292.46, and since the order was never delivered and nobody is responding, I want an immediate full refund.
