Very rude and make sure to read fine print
Very little control of website without sending request into tech support-which they are normally good at handling but there is a time delay. Biggest issue is their policies and customer service. They require contracts and have sneaky auto renewal policies. Basically just inquired to find out when my contract was up and they were very quick to tell me that i have a contract and they will vigorously fight to enforce it and was very rude. So i sent an email to my sales rep and management there showing them the email where their staff was rude and it was totally unnecessary to jump right into "vigorously enforcing" comments and no one cared or even responded. Overall not a horrible product but make sure you are fully committed and put dates on your calendar so you make sure you hit the cancelation window if you decide to change because one day late will result in them "Vigorously Enforcing" an entire year of cost. LOL
