Tilattu tuote ei ikinä saapunut perille, vaikka valheellinen tilausseuranta kertoi, että toimitus on toimitettu. Asiakaspalveluun ei saanut yhteyttä. Huijarisivusto, älä tilaa mitään sieltä.

Don't do it, should have read up before ordering. Completely fake and yes PayPal disappointed a long time customer by sending a case denied email stating they were sent proof it was delivered. Maybe PayPal needs to read some reviews on the company they are siding with.

Achtung das ist SCAM und selbst wenn Ihr mit Paypal bezahlt ist Euer Geld weg !!! Es ist die "ZA-Betrugsmasche" Problem ist, dass Ihr laut Sendungsverfolgung eine Zustallung habt, Ihr könnt aber nichts verfolgen in Eurem Land ! D.h. die schicken irgendetwas in eure Stadt oder Strasse, zB eine Brief als vermeintliches Paket was Ihr aber nicht bekommt .
Problem wenn Sie Paypal diesen absolut unzureichende Sendungsverfolgung schicken, dann reicht Paypal das schon aus und lehnt den Käuferschutz ab.
Und das War es mit dem vollmundigen Versprechen von Paypal "PayPal Käuferschutz - Komm auf die sichere Seite" Auch Paypal ist in diesem Fall nichts als Fake und sie lassen Euch im Regen stehen !
Naja und der Käuferschutz ist eine "freiwillige" Leistung die nicht durch irgendwelche Gesetze abgedeckt ist.

Der letzte schei..haufen.
3fach monitor bestellt. Nichts angekommen obwohl das tracking als geliefert markiert wurde.
Versprochen wurde das noch eins geliefert wird.
Nichts gekommen gar nichts....

Ordinato da questa azienda un tablet , hanno comunicat il n. di tracciamento e dopo un mese risulta sul loro sito che è stato consegnato ma io non ha mai ricevuto il mio pacco. Sembra che non inviino mai i pacchi dopo aver preso i tuoi soldi. PayPal ha poi chiuso il reclamo adducendo il motivo che hanno notificato il numero di tracciamento del pacco senza comunque nominare il nome del corriere, evidentemmente inventato, ho presentato un ulteriore reclamo ma per ora non ho avuto notizie.
comunque vada paypal non affronta le bugie e l'inganno perpetrato da questa società e il furto assoluto.. Quindi gli acquirenti facciano attenzione, la peggiore esperienza di sempre.

Fobbed me off for months saying send item again, but never arrived.
Dont think you are covered by PayPal as they side with them as they produce a delivered report even though it hasn't.

Very unresponsive. Extremely slow shipping. The product never arrived, even though they said it was delivered. They never answered my emails.

BUYER BEWARE -SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from this company a fire pit grill, was told twice it was delivered and never received my package. Seems that they string you along but never send the packages after taking your money. Avoid this scam company, the tracking company they use is 17 track which shows my package delivered successfully and it is not! Unbelievable

Do not do business with this company. The tracking info supplied suggested that my item was out for delivery for 3 days. When I queried this, suddenly the tracking info was updated to item delivered. I asked them to provide the to provide the name of the delivery company which they never did. I contacted PayPal to raise a dispute. The company then asked that I please remove the claim which I refused to do. They then provided PayPal with a photo to prove that the item had been delivered. PayPal then closed my claim without checking with me that this was in fact my house. I then asked PayPal to reopen my claim and provided proof that this was not a photo of my house and looked nothing like it. PayPal then provided a credit. Although PayPal were good at finally providing me with a credit this does not address the lies and deception perpetrated by this company and the outright theft by the delivery company assuming that there was one in the first place. So buyers beware, worst experience ever.

Tilasin yritykseltä paketin, joka ei koskaan tullut perille. Pyysin hyvitystä, mutta yritys ei ymmärtänyt, että en ole saanut pakettia. Seurannan mukaan se on toimitettu kotiovelle, mutta ei ole koskaan näkynyt. Tosin kuljetusyritys ei ole kuitenkaan käsitellyt pakettia eikä koskaan ole jättänyt paketteja lojumaan ovelle.

Don't trust this company. They accept your money then send fake tracking info, that drags on for over 5 weeks, up to the point where they say the item is delivered. It clearly was not, and they have no photo or proof of delivery. When you contact them they reply to say they're looking into it and will dispatch a replacement item. Then when you say, no thank you I just want a refund, they ignore you.
