I can't recommend ARK CMCS enough for how they've helped me - incredible service in what I thought was a dead end situation. When a CCJ showed up on my credit report attached to a previous address, and I had no idea where it had come from, I thought it was game over. Reza was fantastic and talked me through each step to resolution in a free, no obligation phone consultation. Within 24 hours of the initial call, they had received a signed Consent Order from the claimant to remove the CCJ entirely, and even managed to get a 70% reduction to the fine I owed.

I now have to wait for the courts to respond, but fingers crossed in 6-10 weeks the judgement should be set aside! I thought this was a dead end but thanks to ARK CMCS I should be back on track with my credit score. Thank you so much!

ARK CMCS provided a 1st class service, from the initial phone call dealt with, Reza took his time and was really helpful and thorough explaining the whole process. Had a parking ticket issue where, UKPC had a, CCJ registered against me which I only realised from a routine check of my credit file! ARK CMS reviewed my case and provided a rapid turnaround obtaining a signed, Tomlin Order from the claimant within 24H! Have just send email which they kindly drafted along with the signed Tomlin Order and evidence to, CCBC. All being well should be CCJ free 4-8 weeks. Spectacular!

My partner had a CCJ on his file, this was incorrectly issued and ARK was amazing and supporting him to remove this. Today I had my CCJ removed from my credit file thanks to ARK, I dealt with Reza throughout the whole process and he was great, talked me through each step, advised me on options and always answered my calls/emails. ARK did all the paperwork & legal side and all I had to do was send the email/legal letter to the courts. Be prepared for it to take up to 6 months for your CCJ to be removed and this is due to the backlogs at the courts however I would definitely recommend going through the process and couldn’t recommend ARK enough.
