Misleading returns policy and appalling service

ARMAF UK advertises 90-day returns, but refused to exchange a virtually full fragrance after only a few test sprays. I offered to pay return postage and any price difference, yet received two dismissive one-line refusals that ignored every point raised.

Their website should clearly state that opened fragrances are non-returnable. I will never buy directly from ARMAF UK again.

My pefume came very fast i had a problem becouse the bottel was dameged but they send me a new one within 3 4 days the fragance its beast mode best club de nui flaker for the line
