iPad with a faulty home button. Excellent service I was phoned within three hours with the diagnostics it was fixed and ready the next day very reasonable price and very nice staff.

Very quick service
Very quick service , sorted my Samsung mobile in a couple of hours.
Brad in Chelmsford explained the process before the work was done and was professional throughout.

Excellent service
Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and welcoming. Explained the process for getting my phone checked very clearly and and the outcome. Called within 24 hours to confirm the fault and that it would be ready in an hour if I wanted to proceed with the repair. This is the second time I have used this service and would highly recommend

I would highly recommend this company from start to finish and the service and staff at the Stanway Sainsburys branch where my phone was booked in and repaired was impeccable. I had used the company, then only based in Ipswich 4 years ago during lockdown. Their mobile service came to my house and did a repair outside in the workshop van. So impressed I used the company once again.

Highly recommend the branch at Tollgate, Colchester
Went into branch at Tollgate, Colchester with an issue on iPhone caused by transferring data to a new phone. The staff in this branch are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within 15 mins. I would highly recommend using this company.

iPad screen replacement
Excellent service from all members of staff, kind and knowledgable. Told if it was there before 11am could do same day turnaround on a new iPad screen and this is exactly what I got. As good as new.
