It is good but if you dont connect all of your bank accounts it questions all transactions but in theory it only asks for account where your income is paid into. Could be an easier process

Armalytix uses a very quick and efficient way of obtaining all required documents to be sent, completed and returned. However, for those who are not fully up to date with technology and don't have the latest phones, ipads etc. as well as user experience, it can be a bit overwhelming. They do provide alternative ways of completing documents and are very helpful but it might be an idea to check first what the client would prefer before proceeding.

Initially, I found it confusing as this was the first time I was using this platform. I realized it's because it was new to me. My first time using this. I was happy to know that it keeps track of the movements and the assurance it gave that I am on the right track, and the necessary actions have been taken and confirmed through the visual tracking I could see it in one go. I’ve never bought a house on my own…
I’ve never bought a house on my own before. I’m also neurodivergent, so things don’t always go as easily as I’d hope. I had a query during the process and spoke to my conveyancer and managed to get through it fine. Fingers crossed for a timely completion
