Terrible. No stars should be given. I ordered a KING size blanket months ago, which cost almost 100 and I never received it. Email after email being sent asking for my order and no response!

Ordered a king size wizard of oz " comforter " paper thin. 2 sheets sewn together. 2 pillow cases which had characters heads cropped off. They said no refunds. Crazy. Will offer %10 return. Bs. Read reviews first. We need to quit buying from China. Learned my lesson.

on December 6 2022 I ordered a “ninja turtles blanket set snd 2 Dallas cowboy jerseys paid $185 paid with Klarna never received anything I went on the website with a tracking number. It said they didn’t have the items in stock. They’re going to refund the money back so I contacted the Klarna to let them know what was going on. I have all the proof.from both companies because Klarna still charging me $185. For something I never received anything😡😡 this company is a FRAUD ARMYMERCH SHOP

Get what you pay for.

I ordered my queen size quilt around 12/16/22. The estimated shipment arrival was 1/14/23. I received the quilt 1/17/23. The only issue I have is, once the product reaches the United States, there isn’t any more tracking information provided.

Overall I’m happy with what I received.

-Queen size quilt fits my queen bed.
-It’s the product I ordered.
-Cheap price (Cheaper than a comforter)
-It has some stuffing in it, and is thicker than 2 sheets sowed together.

Took almost 3 months to receive and the so called comforter is thin as silk. Worst product ever !!!! I don't recommend buying anything from these crooks !!!!

I ordered Three months ago and still did not recieve anything. I have mailed several times but they are not responding. Please do not order at this shop.

This company is the WORST! ORDERED A Jeff Beck queen size quilt was supposed to have different album covers throughout the quilt, they sent me a Nina Simone one and then said they personally Checked the item for accuracy... clearly not. Their business employee "cindy talon" wrote they do not do refunds or exchanges as they check items before shipping. They are liars and theirs promising one product, taking your money and then sending something completely different and refuse to do the right thing!

Unfortunately placed an order before checking reliability. I ordered a Liverpool FC throw from Armymerch Shop which delivery est. was 4 wks. Due to zip code error on my part it was returned to sender. Since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift I tried to cancel & get a refund. They stated since it was not their fault I could only receive a refund of 60% and I don’t even have the merchandise!! They claim they will resend when they receive it. Very skeptical of that happening. Shipping & communication (email only) is VERY slow. I do NOT advise doing business with this company!! Very disappointed!!

Order arrived 10 days earlier than expected, just in time for Christmas. I wouldn't actually call it a quilt, but it's a nice cover. Anyone with half a brain knows that a true quilt would cost three times as much. All in all have no complaints and would recommend this company.

Good Morning World of honest shoppers. Last month in November I stumble across ArmyMerch Shop trying to order with DH gates. I ordered a Queen Sze Polo print Bedding Set, Not knowing for a 126.14 you only get a Top sheet, Fitted, and two shams ... It's the Top Sheet for me!!!! That there're now calling my Duvet. (Comforter) That was missing from my order...Which was told to me after reaching out to them regarding my missing merchandise... There business is a fraud. There business communication sucks. I wouldn't refer, nor incourage any one to order from there business.They items are not of quality, there're very unprofessional. Will not be shopping again PERIOD!!!

I ordered a comforter set for my son for his birthday it was supposed to have the Titanic on it. I was sent a totally different item and it had nothing to do with Titanic.The pictures on the website are deceiving. I paid $84.00 for this product that I was supposed to get and they sent me a very small throw blanket with Chanel written on. Not what I ordered!

I ordered the Pokémon Charzard bedding set because my grandson wanted. It finally arrived but it’s the wrong size. It’s a full and I ordered a twin! 😔 I should have known better than to order from here!

I’ve ordered about 3 weeks ago, not a single email about my order, they gave a tracking number that didn’t work, they stole 68 usd. It’s a scam they are not professionals, Becareful buyers

The site stated delivery 10-15 business days for delivery. It is 12/5 and once you complete the order then delivery date was 1/5. I emailed immediately to cancel the order and turned off my credit card so they would be unable to process. The email I received back stated I would only get a 70% refund on a $150 order. I definitely wouldn’t ever use this site!

This place sucks I ordered a queen and I got a flat sheet no fitted sheet the cover is a piece of junk paid $126.00 what a scam.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered! This company is horrible. You do not get what you are expecting. It is very poor quality. You order a comforter and get 2 sheets sown together not even neatly. They probably have children making them. I paid $83 for a comforter and literally got junk! A little girl was so excited when I ordered it. When it came in she began to cry. Yes it is that bad!!!! Absolutely disgusted.

Cheap product ordered a twin got a full. No quilt no bed sheets. Oh and no returns. Do not buy this lousy product

I ordered a QUILT and 2 pillow cases. The QUILT is 2 freaking sheets sown together. Where the hell is the stuffing. I paid 85 dollars for 2 sheets sown together. This company is a rip off and i hope everyone else reads the reviews before they buy ANYTHING from yall. Yall suck

Everything everyone is saying is true. I’m usually not one to complain. Tried to write the BBB and they can not even find them.
Horrible products and customer service! nothing like pictures!
