I am so happy that a friend introduced me to this diffuser. It is so easy to use, works like a dream, and is attractive to look at. I look forward to trying it with different oils. I had tried other types of diffusers in the past, and most were either ineffective or awkward or downright ugly to have around. This one is amazing!

Never thought something so simple can be so amazing!!! everyone who's walking in to my home now says one thing the first word they walked in "wow your house smells so good" so easy so simple so beautiful and no fuzzy just use the pure essential oils and the tiny bit of it will make your whole house smell like heaven. I use "Pine needle + pepermint" that only a few drops of each daily. True Magic!!!

Aromis diffusers are the BEST diffuser products made or available anywhere! They are worth the price because they are truly well made products that can last decades if taken care of. I originally purchased my diffuser in 2021. Due to the exceptional product combined with equally phenomenal customer service, my diffuser is still working today, 5 years later!! I run this thing non-stop, and did have to replace the motor in 2025, but the customer service will do anything to help walk you through the process of refurbing your machine at home for a fraction of the price. When I replaced the motor last year, I decided to buy and add in the valve upgrade kit as well as the filter media. If you ever have any issues, just email customer service or call them and they will 100% fix your issue. Do not throw this away if you have an issue! They offer spare parts for every component of the machine at very inexpensive prices and the delivery is very quick! 10 stars!!

I have two diffusers. Apparently I over-filled them at some point and they eventually stopped working properly. I bought repair parts and easily switched them out. Both work great now!

I’ve ordered so many products from this company because they are fabulous. Quality, integrity, and ethics are things I can always get behind. This order was for a second stand for my glass bulbs (yes, I had that many and more) and some filter medium (I haven’t tried it yet). The stands are great because they allow me to stack my bases when storing. They’re attractive, too, and I can keep oils in each bulb even when they aren’t I use, so I don’t waste it. The order arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. I know I’ll keep ordering from them and sending folks their way, as long as they’re around.

Replacement diffusor bulbs arrived safely packed, within a couple days of ordering.
