They are thieves! You don't receive the product and when you file a complaint with PayPal they quickly send you junk. You cannot return the items because they are using a Holiday Inn Express for a return address claiming it's from their warehouse. When you e-mail them they have it set up where you can upload an attachment and you have to write on a piece of paper, scan it to your computer and upload it to them. That is the only way they communicate. When there is a problem they send you virus in an e-mail. They advertise that they accept returns. THEY DO NOT! Liars and Thieves!

This witch hat is bigger than what I had imagined it was going to be! It also comes with some lights but they need batteries. Over all this hat is super cute and I can not wait to wear it for Halloween!

I, too, fell prey to the Facebook ad promising a Christmas Tree made from sea glass, which is actually poorly painted resin. I also waited over 7 weeks, and have contacted them via a convoluted customer service process they manage through knowmail.quicksolve.vip. My item has a return address in Walnut, CA, so they clearly have several US clearing houses. I paid via PayPal, so I will escalate through their channels. Never again will I trust an ad and will thoroughly research next time. This product is also sold on many websites as well as Amazon for under $20 with free shipping. I live in Oregon and they charged me sales tax!!

Such a cute hat, we love it. Good quality too. My 4 year old can even wear it of course it’s big on her but so cute lol.

These are gorgeous. Daughter loves that they’re Velcro. She’s still learning to walk in heels but loves them.

Ordered a sea glass tree….no sea glass. Just a resin tree that looks like a 5 year old painted it. Also took 2 months to get here. Went back and forth, told me they only sell “the utmost quality products” and offered me $5 to keep it since it would be too expensive to return. I wanted a full refund, not gonna happen. Stay away!

I purchased two Christmas trees made out of seaglass from this company and when I received them they were just resin ugly things. I have written to the company and not received a satisfactory reply.

I received plastic Christmas trees instead of seaglass as pictured and described when I ordered. I have messaged back and fourth with the company with no refund nor have I even recieved all of them. Beware of this site.

These are just excellent! My daughter loves everything black and white, so these were perfect. They fit great and are quality.

THERE IS NO SEA GLASS on the Sea Christmas Tree! It’s a cheap little thing made of wax. There’s a package of shells with little holes in them… are you supposed to sell them to the wax??! Absolutely CRIMINAL. I found them on Etsy. BEWARE.

Ordered sea glass Christmas tree. Ad clearly states that these are resin, not sea glass, but it also says that they are “made of pure blue, green and turquoise resin (imitation sea glass)” which is completely false. They are thick white resin trees from a single mold sloppily painted with coloured paint. There is no transparency, no layers of thin coloured resin overlapped to create the effect of sea glass as shown in their photos. Very poorly executed. Would advise to avoid at all cost. There is a reason that there is no area on their website for reviews!
