A superb independent clothing retailer
A superb independent clothing retailer. Arrowild is what appears to be a small firm hidden away on the south of England. I found them while searching online for a particular American brand. Their website has a premium feel to it which matches the treasure trove of niche high end products on offer. Their pricing is competitive which is understandable because much of what they sell has a limited availability in the UK. Selection, checkout and dispatch is all easy. Ive placed two orders now which have been dispatched almost immediately.
In the interests of fairness, my first order wasn't packed as well as it could have been but the amount of time, care and support that the team put in to making things right should leave you in no doubt at all that Arrowild take customer service and product quality really seriously. They went beyond what might be reasonable to make sure my experience as a customer wasn't affected. Fortunately for me I don’t live close enough to shop there on a regular basis…
If you’re reading these reviews wondering if you should buy from these guys, be under no doubt that this is where you should be buying your gear.

We pride ourselves on quick and reliable shipping, but we need to adjust our prices to better represent courier and shipping costs while maintaining reliability. I hope this helps explain our logic; we continue to offer free shipping for orders over £100.
