My Arrow Lift was put in on day scheduled. Something happened and it stopped working when totally down. The repair men came and fixed it immediately, and it's been working just fine since then.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arrow Lift. A mistake made by their technician left my residential elevator in worse condition than when they arrived. One of the elevator doors has been locked shut, which is completely unacceptable—especially for equipment meant to provide accessibility.

What makes this even more frustrating is that it is taking three days for Arrow Lift to return and fix a problem caused by their own error. As of now, the door remains locked, creating an ongoing accessibility issue.

Customer service has been virtually nonexistent. Everyone I have spoken with has been condescending, dismissive, and uninterested in taking responsibility or correcting the mistake. The manager, Kelsey, in particular, was rude and condescending and has no business speaking to customers in the manner that she did—especially when Arrow Lift is clearly at fault.

If you are in need of a wheelchair lift, residential elevator, or any accessibility equipment, I strongly urge you to choose a different company. Reliability, accountability, and basic customer respect are severely lacking here.

In this case, the door locking is a built-in safety feature designed to prevent use when the system isn’t functioning properly. While we know that can be inconvenient, it’s meant to protect everyone who relies on the equipment. Our team worked to schedule a follow-up visit as quickly as possible within standard service hours, and we regret that the timing added to your frustration.

It’s also disappointing to hear your concerns about communication. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our management team so it can be reviewed.

Situations like this are uncommon, but we do take them seriously. If you’d like to discuss the matter further, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can review the details together.

Stairway glide for a joyful experience

We chose Arrow Lift because my husband has back issues. Blake was the installer and he’s was absolutely great. After the installation he had my husband do a test ride up and down. He’s very happy about this. The chair is comfortable and feels secure. Best decision ever.

Caught in the middle …

Measurements were taken several times and took months for completion. The vendor decided to discontinue installation for customers. I was forced to get another installer and this resulted in paying middle man fees. It was a few thousand dollars more.

It’s unfortunate that the original vendor wasn’t able to see things through, and we understand how disruptive and disappointing that kind of uncertainty can be, especially when it results in unexpected added costs. Taking the reins on another vendor's project often presents challenges for us as well. In this case, the original vendor—who is no longer in business—quoted you a price that was far too low. We did our best to accommodate, even relaxing our prices to the point that we didn't make a profit on this sale, but we were unfortunately not able to go lower than the price we gave you. We certainly understand how frustrating the situation must have been for you, but we hope you can understand where we're coming from as well.

Although we weren’t part of the original process, we’re grateful we had the opportunity to help get the project across the finish line for you. If there’s ever anything more we can do for you in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Our sales rep did a great job but…

Our sales rep did a great job but installation and quality of product was less than ideal. It took over 7 hours on the first day and the installer had to return because they didn't bring one part. Also, after the second day of installation we discovered two chips in the seat belt and then a crack that went all around the plastic casing. We will have to have the installers come out to replace either the part or the entire seat.

A company that is true to their deadlines and estimates.

From the very start when I contacted the office (Shelly), my inquiry was passed onto a salesman (matt) and the subsequent installation date was on time as promised with the 2 technicians doing the installation in 6 hrs. The followup with Kelsey was right on time and the price was lower than one other competitor. The lead tech (Marcus) explained the operational details and they made no mess whatsoever. I would recommend Arrow Lifts to anyone in need of a stairlift- Go Stannah
