Wrong item received and woeful communications
Wrong item received, took 3 days for a response from customer service in which I was just sent a link to signup for a return service out of the blue and which expired after 15 minutes

I can see that you contacted us on Wednesday morning and we responded Friday morning, which is within our 2-3 working day response time during busy periods. Quality issues
Ordered two items both shrunk quite a lot. The t-shirt ordered is now unwearable because of this. At £45 for the t-shirt expected much better. Hoodie shrunk is just OK enough but not the fit I wanted. All washing guidelines were followed. It fit great initially but not after the first wash. Quite frustrating for the amount spent. Shame as designs are great.

We're really sorry to hear that both of your items have shrunk. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially given the price point.
Our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, which is breathable, soft, and a better choice for the environment. As our garments don't contain any synthetic fibres, slight shrinkage can occasionally occur after the first wash. However, organic cotton does naturally relax back toward its original shape with wear.
To help the items return to size, we recommend soaking them in cold water, running a low spin to remove excess water, then gently remoulding them to their original length and hanging to dry. If this doesn’t help, please contact customerservice@art-of.com so we can assist you further.

La société qui vend les puzzles est basé a clayes sous bois au 8 allée Orée du bois avec comme numéro de téléphone 0756919713. Ce site est une arnaque et ce site est francais et non basé a l étranger. Je m excuse aupres du vrai site pour mon avis négatif

Commande passée mi décembre, je reçois le 20/12 un mail « commande expédiée » avec un numéro de suivi qui ne fonctionne pas au passage. Le 22/12 je reçois un mail que les services postaux sont en grèves !! Puis le 26/12 que la veille, donc jour de Noël, une réunion a eu lieu et que mon colis est prioritaire ! Ordered £100 worth of product for my…
Ordered £100 worth of product for my son’s Christmas present at the end of November. Yodel delivered the wrong parcel to my house, AOF then said they would have a re-order sent out to be in time for Christmas which was great.
It’s the 22nd - the parcel is still sat with the sender when I track, and no communication from the AOF regarding the order when I have emailed multiple times.
It’s the 1 thing my 12 year old asked for… I now have to rush out and get him something else as I’m non the wiser as to whether it’s going to arrive tomorrow, Christmas Eve or not even turn up at all. Extremely disappointed… the only company to let me down this Christmas.

Nice but expensive for a printed t shirt
Bought my husband the NUFC embroided sweatshirt last year and it was amazing so thought I’d get a T shirt for BiL for Aston Villa this year. Ordered it thinking it would be embroided but it’s actually a print, which it does say to be fair but then I think £31 +pp for a printed t shirt is a bit steep to be honest!

Prices up by 31% in 1 week
Price gouging company. I ordered something from here last week as a gift, unfortunately it did not fit so not only did I have to pay £4 to return the item. They have essentially upped the price by 31% within a week.
UPDATE - AOF have replied giving me a credit note for the difference which was very kind of them. The products from here are lovely, their exchange process could be better.

Just to clarify, the hoodie you bought was on sale for £48.00 and you used a 10% discount to knock it down to £43.20. After the sale ended, prices returned to the usual £60, then increased slightly to £65. This was our first price increase for our hoodies in quite some time and reflects the increased cost of production
