I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Izzy for her handling of the engraving of my name and date of birth on my Nakata hangers. She is an extremely professional and reliable individual, whose efficiency and client-focused approach make her a pleasure to work with.

When I went to collect my hangers, I was met by Nina and Alysson, two exemplary professionals. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and demonstrated an outstanding ability to manage the expectations of a demanding client. I also made inquiries regarding additional products, and the level of service I received from them was consistently excellent.

Together, Izzy, Nina, and Alysson exemplify the ethos of this company. If they can assist a client as exacting as myself with such ease, professionalism, and attention to detail, they are well-equipped to serve any customer. They are a credit to client care in the United Kingdom.

I was recently pleased to receive a present of a pack of three Arterton clothes hangers. Before I review this product, I would like to commend the company for the level of customer service afforded to me. Through dealing with William I was kept informed throughout the ordering, packing and delivery process.( He is an excellent Ambassador for the company). The goods arrived in Co. Armagh within a few days - just as I was informed. Now, the hangers themselves are a work of art! The Japanese workmanship, the quality of the wood and the associated metal parts exceeded my expectations. Yes, they are more expensive than many other hangers but the quality is well worth the extra cost especially if hanging an expensive suit. Will I purchase more of these hangers- naturally.

I bought some coat and shirt hangers from Arterton and they surpassed all expectations. I have not seen such hangers in the market before, even when buying Saville Row suits. Service was also excellent with next day delivery and quality packaging. Will slowly replace my wardrobe with hangers from Arterton.

A beautiful nod to the classic desert boot design. These boots have been extremely comfortable and durable during my time using them. Absolutely love the colour of the suede leather which provides a subtle mix of pastel green and grey which happens to match a great variety of apparel. Would definitely purchase these again.

My last review was very wordy. I thought I'd write in that I had a good experience. But was slightly disappointed that my inital request for shoe taps with rubber topy plates weren't honored.

I also submitted an email to the CEO... (lol) saying about my positive experience but never received a response. I suspect its busyness.

I'm very happy with the overall service, I think it was disappointing to not get what I wanted in the first place particularly regarding the sole options. As it does mean it'll cost me probably £80 per pair I ordered to rectify this, which is an expensive mistake.
