The larger roll has 3 long stripes on…
The larger roll has 3 long stripes on it whereby the grass is sparce. Looks like a manufacturer defect. Our turf has been installed for a few weeks now and you can still see the stripes. Not happy.

Perfect!
I was given several samples to chose from. The sales staff and support was excellent. The order came on time and the delivery was seamless.
I did call for some installation advise after watching the helpful video's and it was very helpful.
The project came out great and my dog loves it!. It's his "area" and we have never been able to grow grass there.

Some of the product is flattened and…
Some of the product is flattened and looks different than the rest of the turf. Most of the turf looks very good. Product was shipped quickly to the installer.
Update, no one has reached out as I was told in the response. The turf area looks worse now with no walking or activity on that area. Its flat.

Great communication from start to finish. I had Matt as my sales rep and he was thorough, followed up, answered all questions, prompt and great! Turf is high quality, looks very real as well. Very excited to be working with this company moving forward for artificial turf installations.

Poor experience
First, communication between those involved in the process was poor. Communication between the customer and the company wasn't established. Poor planning and installation of the product. No service follow up. Poor experience

I bought artificial turf for pickle…
I bought artificial turf for pickle ball courts to cover over existing tennis courts and was told how much success they have had with it ,the turf was installed as they directed from their installer and top dressed with sand ,the ball does not bounce no matter how much sand you add or compact. I have requested for for one reference that have been installed, I haven’t gotten one,artificial turf is not pickle ball
