Received my sofa, and I absolutely love it! It looks exactly as pictured, is incredibly comfortable, and the quality and elegant design exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Ordered custom flooring through our designer. Poorly packaged and came damaged, no directions or schematic to lay it out, and missing pieces. Have tried for a week to get them to respond and no luck. Feel I got cheated out of $5800 and no way to use what I bought. Beware!!!

I received my Sofa. It was taking a little bit time to receive it but very happy of my purchase.

We are an Interior Design Firm in Miami, we placed an order of a expensive stool and it came absolutely wet and molded. Been trying to contact the company via email, website chat and instagram for over a month with NO RESPONSE. There is no phone number listed anywhere.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM

If I could I would give zero stars. Don’t buy in this Shop. The Website looks so beautiful and professional, but they only took my money, I never received any item. The Client Service is non-existent, they never answered my e-mails and never contacted me back, there isn’t any telephone number to call. So I only lost a lot of money, don’t do the same error!

Don’t ever order from them. That should be in jail. It is a total scam. Her name is apparently Marie.
The chair arrived damaged from the packaging/ transport .
They refused to pay the transport back . Although their website tells you they will.
I organized a transport from Malaga to Paris to the address Artipieces has given me. The door of the storage gives 3 numbers .
The answer we received is that it belongs to Net a Porter.

I received my order just before New Year! I was really happy :)
the quality of products is amazing. Now I can say that my living room is perfect.

This is a SCAM - beware
I bought goods worth thousands of dollars from this website. Quality is terrible nothing like the pictures. Most goods arrived damaged. (after arriving 2 months late)
I tried to claim a replacement or refund for one of the goods so I took pictures while unpacking the box (as the other goods opened prior were damaged)
I sent a claim and someone called Marie Arti has been emailing me since April 2022.
One time she would say refund was processed, another time she would say she's waiting approval from her superiors etc.
After claiming she got the approval and was ready for a refund, in July 2022 she asked for a Paypal account which I provided.
The last email she responded to was in August 2022 where she claimed refund was processed (obviously it wasn't). I have been emailing her daily since and I have had no news. I then contact customer service and they said they are working on the case and a case number was created.
Don't buy from this website SCAM

Awesome customer service and product. Got back to my messages very quickly and worked to accommodate my request. My order was received early.

If I can give this website a negative I would . I never write reviews but this was a must! We are interior decorators and this website is a complete scam with the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. We started with emailing a Marie Arte I’m regarding for multiple damaged items that were unfixable and after sending photos and request for return. . The emails stopped. No refunds were submitted and we were left with broken chairs and bench . Please do the interior design world a favor and spread the word to not purchase or trust Artipieces! It has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience and a loss of money . Spread the word!

Didn’t even want to give it one star, appalling customer service. I ordered feather lamp which I love. Unfortunately it didn’t fit together properly and one of the 4 lamp connectors didn’t work and was loose. I informed the company of this and they said as they had no service company in my area that could fix it they offered me 20% refund. I accepted this as I could then get the lamp fixed locally myself. Obviously the 20% refund never arrived and my emails go completely ignored now. Don’t use this company. Wish I’d read the reviews before I’d ordered. Order number #2841

Don´t trust them and make any contracts or buyings!!!

Order was supposed to be delivered between 12 to 15 business days. It actually took 40 business days. When package arrived it was broken. Customer Service is appalling. Everything was blamed on covid or customs in various countries. Took responsibility for nothing. Didnt answer Facebook messages, or emails. Again unanswered emails was due to covid. If covid is hampering this company so much then please be honest with your clients/ potential clients and inform them before order placed Would not recommend this company at all. Only positive thing is after I demanded a refund I got email next day informing me my full refund had been confirmed. Still waiting for my account to be credited......

Absolute scam. They removed my complaint on Instagram and when emailed they asked for this item to be sent back to a location in France. The shipping cost back will cost just as much as the item. Which was ridiculously overpriced for the piece of garbage I received.

It's fake! Noticed it too late and just trusted the Trustpilot review score :( You will likely receive something, but definetely not the "luxury art" you expected. Note to self: Any website that doesn't state their address/hides their identitiy is likely to be a Chinese fake product website. At least they deserve credit for creating a beautiful website.

This website is a scam, the pieces look beautiful online but arrive from China and they are really cheap nasty products. I ordered a light which cost £650 and I can't imagine it cost them more than £10 to produce, it is a piece of rubbish and not as advertised. They are now ignoring my emails to arrange a refund.
