The product itself is truly remarkable. The quality is unmatched and I am looking forward to using it. I have tried it on and it feels completely different from all carriers I have ever owned. The support, padding and structure feels well crafted.

My baby and I have loved our Artipoppe zeitgeist baby carrier since she was born. With the newborn settings, we were able to start taking walks together as soon as we got home from the hospital. For the first 0-4 months, she took her best naps in the carrier! Our version is made from a soft denim fabric, which feels comfortable even against bare skin (and won't leave any rub marks). With only 3 buckles, this carrier straps up in seconds, and it's so easy to operate alone, which is probably one of the best things about it. I also love the hidden adjustment possibilities. The outlook is very clean and minimalistic, but with correct settings, it grows with my baby, and we can use the carrier for years.

-It goes without saying, the price is high, BUT (!) it already includes taxes and duties, so there are no surprise costs upon arrival. Also I have to say... Worth every penny!

I had an excellent experience with Artipoppe.
I accidentally made a purchase from Uruguay, and by the time I realized it, the product had already been shipped to FedEx.
I contacted an employee named Dominique, who very kindly took care of requesting the return of the item to the store. Once it arrived back, I was notified about the refund, which was processed a few days later.
The way they handled the whole process was excellent, and I especially want to highlight Dominique’s kindness and attention.
I 100% recommend this store!!

De draagzak is makkelijk in gebruik en online staan duidelijke instructie filmpjes. Wij hebben een crème kleurige van linnen stof die extra prettig was tijdens de zomervakantie en warme dagen. Ook vind ik de stof qua design heel mooi en tijdloos. We hebben hem in de afgelopen 10 maanden maar 1x hoeven wassen omdat hij ondanks de lichte kleur niet snel vies wordt.

Super fijne en luxe draagzak. Duidelijke instructievideo’s over hoe het werkt. Zijn echt een life-saver geweest de eerste maanden vooral voor het fysiek contract en het slapen. Raadt het iedereen aan!

Fantastic quality..! You really feel that it is a luxury brand. Besides luxury has this carrier been an absolute essential for our baby. The Zeitgeist gives so much comfort to us and our baby and it’s very easy to use. Finally my hands back to get things done around the house

I don’t usually leave online reviews, but I have never experienced customer service as poor as this.
I ordered an Artipoppe for my upcoming flight to Dubai and was sent the wrong colour — not the one I selected and paid for. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, instead of receiving help, I was met with dismissive responses, gaslighting, and policies that appear to contradict my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
As a customer, I expect to receive the item I ordered. When a mistake is made, I expect a straightforward resolution — not resistance or attempts to deflect responsibility. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful ahead of my trip.
One of the worst carriers I’ve ever experienced really uncomfortable to wear and also to fit a child on. at this price mark it should be the Rolls-Royce unfortunately it is worse than a non-starter. I have given two stars because when I initially bought it, I was tempted to send it back but the wife insisted on keeping it for the design. Unfortunately design does not help with the practicality of carrying a child and not have something stabbing into your shoulder.
I’ve given an extra star because the customer service did offer to take it back with full refund and pay for postage which is very nice. I should’ve taken them on the offer.
There are other more comfortable easier to use cheaper carriers on the market, which are both practical and comfortable

Ich habe die Trage bestellt und direkt wieder zurückgeschickt, da ich persönlich mit der Trage nicht zurechtgekommen bin.
Dann wurde mir unterstellt, ich hätte die Trage schmutzig gemacht und ein Bild von einem Fleck geschickt, der definitiv nicht von mir war.
Auf der zurückgesandten Trage war kein Fleck zu erkennen. Jetzt weigern sie sich, mir die Trage zurückzunehmen und das Geld zu erstatten.
Extrem unseriös meiner Meinung nach!
Ich habe seit einiger Zeit Kontakt zum Kundenservice, aber es wurde mir lediglich empfohlen, die Trage „pre-loved“ zu verkaufen.
Absolut irrsinniges Geschäftsmodell meiner Ansicht nach. So kann man natürlich die Tragen auch verkaufen…
I was sent a carrier with the waist strap attached the wrong way and having not even used the carrier the fabric already had pulls in it. I contacted customer service and was responded to by Stella who sent me a series of DIY videos to correct these issues - so I have a newborn, pay £400 for a carrier to make my life easier and now they want to give me DIY tasks?! Im returning the carrier needless to say but even the returns process is painful, you have to print a load of paperwork to include in the order and physically drop it off at fedex… the least they could do is offer a collection service.
Missing strap - Poor Customer Service
Ordered an Artipoppe carrier back in March 2025 for baby due in May 2025. The other day we attempted to place our daughter front facing, and after consulting the Artipoppe website we realised that the front facing support strap was not included in our original package. I emailed customer service regarding this, who sent me a link to buy the strap, and told me that as so much time had elapsed that they would not be able to replace it free of charge. I explained how my daughter was not yet big enough for front facing, and how I have double checked the original packaging, how I live in a tiny home with very little belongings, and that it 100% is not there. I pushed back again, referencing EU online shopping legislation but again received no help from customer service. Finally after asking for my complaint to be escalated, the agent offered to send a replacement strap but that we need to to pay, wait for it - €16 for delivery. How ridiculous that an organistion as large and as profitable as Artipoppe are looking for 16 euro to ship a tiny package from a warehouse I'm assuming based in eastern europe to Ireland. This type of thing would be expected from a company that is in financial trouble. Artipoppe, Bugaboo corporation, are you going under?
This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth, will not be recommending to friends and family.
Nachdem die Trage bei uns angekommen ist, hab ich sie am selben Tag wieder zurück geschickt da sie mir garnicht gefallen hat.
Sie war komplett unbenutzt.
Nach Rücksendung wurde mir vorgeworfen ich hätte Flecken verursacht.. komische oberflächliche Flecken.
Das war ich definitiv nicht.
Paypal Käuferschutz sofort eingeschaltet.
Ich bin geschockt! Von so einer Luxusmarke hätte ich das nicht gedacht wow.
Artipoppe was ooit een heel fijn kleinschalig bedrijf maar met de groei is helaas ook de klantenservice en kwaliteit achteruit gegaan.
Wij hebben 3 weken terug een draagzak gekocht voor 550 euro en ondanks dat wij er heel voorzichtig mee omgaan had de draagzak meteen heel veel haaltjes.
Wij stuurden daarop een mail met de vraag voor een alternatieve draagzak die dit probleem niet zou hebben aangezien het voor ons geen accessoire maar een gebruiksvoorwerp is.
Hierop kwam een gestandaardiseerde mail in het Engels over hoe ik de haaltjes zelf kon fixen. Een bedrijf als Artipoppe die zo staat voor de kracht van de vrouw en het ouderschap zou moeten begrijpen dat wij nu met ons 5. Kind in de avonduren niet de voorkeur eraan geven om haaltjes uit de draagzak te halen maar liever een verhaal voor onze kinderen lezen en ons op belangrijkere zaken richten. Ik heb duidelijk gemaakt dat de draagzak na 1 week gebruik al 6/7 haaltjes had en ik daarom liever voor een gebruiksvriendelijkere variant wil ruilen maar deze service wordt niet geboden.
