The barn door hardware I ordered arrived promptly and was exactly as pictured. It is sturdy, looks great and functions perfectly. Actually, one wheel did seem to click as it turned, but Artisan Hardware sent us a replacement -- no questions asked. Great company, great products, great customer service.

Excellent personal help over the phone, very good quality hardware. The online installation instructions could use a little improvement, for example providing more dimensions (top of wheel to top of door, etc.).

It took three times to ship the correct…
It took three times to ship the correct parts.
I had to go to the FedEx store twice to return the incorrect parts.
No parts were deburred on the corners making them all, and I mean all corners were razor sharp.
I was very careful but still cut myself during installation.
Looks good at the end.
I'll give you a 2.5 star rating only.

Two Z barn doors perfect solution and well built.
I ordered two Z barn doors and they just arrived. They shipped really securely in sturdy wood crate. Love that I could custom order each door for the specific size I needed. Doors are built well and I’m excited to get them hung. These are replacement doors for a set of barn doors that I had made locally but were warped. Wish I would have ordered these Artisan Hardware doors from the beginning.

Excellent products and support.
One tip regarding rolling doors, pay attention to the bottom of door and how the door is held in place near the wall (to keep it from swinging away from the wall). This part is very tricky if you want the door to slide completely away from the door opening.
