4 weeks and still no artwork

Ordered on 18th Jan 2026. It’s now 15th February. No delivery. There was no indication of long lead time. In fact when I looked on their website today it said “low stock” so why would it take 4 weeks to get to me?!? Disappoint but still hopeful it will arrive.

Never received the art

I placed an order on March 31. Two months later I still have not received the art. Very poor communication. It takes days for an email to be answered if at all. No one answers the number listed. I believe this company is a scam. Don't waste your time or money.

At our company, we are fully committed to providing a positive customer experience and ensuring that every order is shipped within the promised time. Your work has been completed and sent on time. However, this particular piece was created by one of our artists in Hong Kong and shipped directly from there.
Unfortunately, due to the large increase in U.S. tariffs on goods shipped from Hong Kong, coupled with customs congestion and transportation backlogs, the logistics process took much longer than expected. These external factors are beyond our control, but we accept full responsibility for not communicating these delays in a more timely manner.

What is going on with your company

What is going on with your company - this is not what I ordered - I get a painted canvas rolled up on a box - I paid $409+ and I have to get it on a wood frame to hang which will cost me another $200 - I am so disappointed - I had to wait 2 months for this thing and now a longer wait to get it on something I can hang

I apologize for any confusion. When you place an order, you purchase a canvas, not a framed painting, so you need to find a place to frame it yourself after it arrives. I think you must have read it wrong.
The artwork itself is not framed because framing is an optional service, and many clients prefer to arrange it locally based on personal preferences and space.

Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Refuses Refunds

I ordered a custom painting from ArtIsBetter.com, and what I received was defective—it had a clear flaw that was present before shipping. The company’s own pre-shipment photos confirmed this defect, yet they repeatedly tried to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility.

After weeks of back-and-forth emails, they continued to delay my refund despite their own written confirmation that I was entitled to one. They first tried to push a replacement painting, then suggested I pay to keep the defective one, and even demanded that I damage the painting before they would issue a refund—a ridiculous and unethical request.

I provided all required proof, including photos showing the defect. Despite their claims of "handling it," I still have not received my refund. This company is engaging in deceptive business practices and is not to be trusted.

If you are considering purchasing from ArtIsBetter.com, save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs. They do not honor their policies and will do everything they can to withhold your money. I am now pursuing a chargeback with my bank due to their dishonesty.

Buyer beware! If you value your money and time, do not order from this company.

Your order is a customized handmade painting, and we work closely with you throughout the entire process, including providing pre shipment photos for your approval. When you provide feedback on a certain issue, we will immediately provide a solution, including free replacement. Regarding the defect you mentioned, due to the logistics situation, the frame was damaged, which we cannot control. We have already claimed compensation from the logistics and informed them that if it is not necessary, we will provide a full refund. I didn't ask you to pay to keep this painting, I just asked if you need other paintings. If you don't need them, we will refund you in full. There must have been some misunderstanding. I'm very sorry.
I have refunded you, and you have also received our refund. You just didn't notice the refund.

Buyer Beware!

Beware. I got hit with a $100 import fee upon delivery. I was not aware these were being shipped from China as I saw a US address for this business. The frame arrived with one crack at the top which I am not going to attempt to deal with, I can live with it. I would not do business here again unfortunately.

Your email inbox is full. My email bounced back. I placed an order yesterday and emailed with a question. I received a response very quickly and we determined I needed to change my order. I woke up this morning to request the change to my order and my message was bounced back with a Chinese message when translated said that their inbox is full. So now my order is incorrect and I’m worried I won’t get back in touch in time.

Godo quality, but not good logistics

The painting's quality is good, and the colors are beautiful. However, I was disappointed with the logistics - it took too long to receive the goods. I hope this can be improved.
