No answer they took a money and after this no answer
Really poor service from this company. Ordering things twice where they’ve taken my money and not responded to emails for a month. Shame, if they were any better I’d order loads from here.
I don’t know how companies stay in business just ignoring emails.
Great art Company with a wide range of art and styles from different artists. Bought a few items now and haven't had any problems at all. Would highly recommend ARTOBOX...ill certainly be using again!!!
Purchased a print in December for a present, then realized the receiver had already bought the same print. From that moment on, just an odyssey to try and get a response and an exchange or refund from Artobox. First tried to contact them via email, then on their Facebook page. Nothing. No phone number anywhere either. The only way we managed to get a response was to contact the ARTIST directly, who intervened and got us a reply from Artobox, which then asked to send the print back for a full refund.
Only some more fruitless waiting and after this review on Trustpilot did the owner get in touch for a refund, which was received soon after. Poor customer service, and I'm afraid that next time I'll be buying somewhere else.
The quality of the items is spotless.
Sometimes, the small company appears to get overwhelmed with demand for popular items but in general delivery problems are dealt with friendly and personally. Recommended.
Great Art at affordable prices. Don't think about your purchase too long as these limited editions soon sell out, so why wait buy it now!! I'm a keen Imbue collector and I'm so pleased with all my purchases.
Shame I couldn't get to Hypnagogia not a show I think anyone would fall asleep at. Keep doing what you do and I can't wait for more.

Artobox is an amazing website for buying art. I live in the United States and my pieces have always shipped fast and packed well. Plus, the site is really easy to use and you can get a good idea of the art you are buying. The pictures are clear and crisp. Wonderful and I am excited to do more business with Artobox!
i frequently order on this site and i am most of the time very satisfied , when there is a little problem , often this is because of post office , this site is serious and the prices are very nice !!!!

I have used this site multiple times. In
particular for work by Imbue. The items are always well packaged and sent when available. The work I received is always as described and of a high quality. I have never had to return a single item. Any queries about an item have always been dealt with swiftly via email. It is a site I use on a regular basis and will continue to do so.
