Great website with lots of beautiful art. I have bought a handful of pieces and all came quickly delivered and looked better in person. The customer service is incredible if you have any questions. I will be buying from ArtZ again!

DO NOT BUY from this company
DO NOT BUY from this company. They send you 12 newsletters a day, but it is impossible to track your order on their website or on the delivery company’s website. “Tracking number does not exist”. They claim the package should be received within 5-15 business days, but it is not the case. I have emailed them multiple times and the responses have been generic if not entirely automated. I have been waiting on my piece for a month now and I’m not even sure the item has been sent at all.

I checked the tracking on your order, and can see that your order was delivered, and I'm sorry that it took longer than usual for your package to arrive. I hope you love the item that you ordered.
I do see that you are still subscribed to our newsletters, and we are thankful for that. We certainly do Not send 12 newsletters a day. We send 3 newsletters per week, and each one has an unsubscribe link.
All of our orders have tracking numbers which are trackable. I'm not sure why Italian Post was unable to track your package. Maybe they were having a temporary issue with their tracking.
I can see that you emailed us three times, inquiring about your order. Each time, someone from our Customer Service Team replied. The replies were not automated and were specific answers to your questions. One time you asked why your order number did not exist on our website, and you sent a screen shot showing the order number that you used, was not our order number. Our rep replied to you with the correct order number. The two other times you asked for shipping updates, and our rep provided you with shipping updates.
There is no way these reviews are real
There is no way these reviews are real! This business is a total scam! The product I ordered took six week to arrive. It’s the quality of a cheap kids toy. They never answer the phone and it takes three days to get a reply to an email.
Do yourself a favor and do not shop here!!!

All of these reviews are certainly real. If you feel any review is fake, please report it to Trustpilot and they will do a thorough investigation, and remove any fake reviews.
I checked the tracking on your order, and can see that your order was delivered, and I'm sorry that it took longer than usual for your package to arrive. I'm also sorry that you don't like the item that you received. We do have a 30 day refund policy which allows our customers to return orders for a refund.
We sell a lot of the item that you bought, and I have to say, it's extremely rare that we our customers don't love it. But of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say.
We reply to emails that are sent to our customer service department, within 1 business day. You sent us nine emails in total. Our customer service reps replied to each of your emails on the same day, or on the next business day. I'm sorry you were not happy with our response times.
We also do our best to answer our phones during normal business hours. I'm sorry if we missed your call.
A satisfying first time
This was my first time to purchase an item. It has met my expectation; delivered on time; the purchase is exactly as advertised; and the follow-up e-mails are reassuring and professional. Small businesses like this one should thrive and it only will if we patronize them. I know I will.
