Complete Scam!!
They are a complete scam! I have now been emailing with them since January 2nd about an order I placed on November 20th. The order has been ‘lost’ or ‘undeliverable’ for weeks now. They continue to ask me to track the package and have ignored my multiple requests for a refund. I am going to report them to the BBB as a scam. Don’t buy from them!

Scam!! Doesn’t work!!
I was told to try the Clear Fix and if it didn’t work on the scratches on my car they would Refund my money but they didn’t stand behind their Guaranteed Return/Refund policy!! So I’m out $59.00! I only wanted One Bottle but I made a mistake while buying and they said I ordered Three Bottles so as soon as I got the Confirmation email I replied back to them telling them the order was wrong but they wouldn’t change it 😡 I’m 78 years old and I could have used that money to buy my medication or food! It’s a scam 😡

This website appears to be fraudulent. I was charged multiple times for a single item, received no response or resolution after repeated inquiries, and never received the Christmas gift I purchased.

Terrible customer service. After a month of sending pictures and videos of a defective product, they said I did not buy product. They were looking at completely different order. Offered to send defective product at their expense. No response. Worst customer service. 0 stars. Do not buy from them!!

I order a hair product, 3 months ago but never received. Since than we have been talking back and fourth with no resoluta because they want me provide a”non received receipt”
What is this. The post office never delivery and I am asking my money back. So, they are a bunch of thieving scoundrels. With no shame of keep my $32.95.

This company is teetering on a scam
This company is teetering on a scam. They say that returns are hassle free which are anything but, they have very cheap products coming out of China and you have to send it back to Germany and pay for the shipping costs. Do not buy from this company.
