I spoke with Yvonne regarding my warranty and she was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Customer service reps like Yvonne will ensure customers stay. My earlier conversation regarding placing a claim did not feel good, based on the response I was getting, knowing that I was having a problem with my fridge. However, the claim was placed and I was transferred to Yvonne to answer my question with the warranty and its because of her that I did not start researching another company. You need more trained representatives like Yvonne. Thank you Yvonne!

Three service calls...
1. Gas furnace - ARW reimbursed me $600 for a new unit
2. Dish washer - Unable to fix or replaced; charged me $125 for the service call plus diagnostic fee; reimbursed me $205
3. Freezer - Denied my claim, did not even try to send technician.
All in all, I cancelled the warranty after a year and went to look for something better.

This company is a scam, they take your money every month and they don't stand behind their name. I've been paying for several years. My AC would not come on, it was a hot day in the middle of March and nothing would come on. So I called them, had to pay over the phone $125 service fee and was told someone would call me in 24 to 48 hours. After the 2 days I still had not heard anything from them, so I called them back. I get a text about a local company that was not familiar with me so I read the reviews and they were terrible, so I called ARW back and informed them I wanted someone else because of the reviews, so I get another text from another company I had never heard of locally and I have lived in this area for 10 years. Again terrible reviews. I called ARW back and asked if I could use someone I knew of locally and was put on hold and she sent me another text of another company with terrible reviews. By now I am seeing a pattern, ARW does not want well known companies because they would have to pay out more so they send you these subpar companies hoping you will be satisfied. When ARW sent me the last company I called them after 48 hours. Guy said he could be out the following Friday 3/20/2026 between 10am to 12pm. He did not show and did not call. I called him and he did answer and looked at his schedule and said I scheduled you in the wrong slot I can be there in an hour. I informed him that I was not available in an hour so he said he would be out around 3:30 to 5pm I agreed to that time. He shows up at around 5:30, goes out side and looks at the outside condenser/compressor, tells me I am out of freon and charged me $300 more. I asked him if he was going to check the inside unit and he sees no he doesn't need to look at at it but if I insisted, he would, I insisted so he took the panel off and I saw rust and wetness and he tells me its normal. I don't think that's normal. So the AC ran for about 30 min then shut off. The following day was the weekend so I knew no one would be answering the phone. I called the following Monday and told ARW the AC was not fixed and was told they do not cover freon and furthermore they had not received any paper work for the guy who had been here the previous Friday. I waited for ARW to call me back with anything they could help me with and they basically closed the claim. I called a company I was familiar with and they came out on Thursday 4/9 checked inside unit and outside unit and found a leak in a coil and by the way, the guy who put the freon in did not cover the openings where he put the stuff in and it ran out into the ground. I wonder what the Enviromental Procection agency will have to say to that. Please Please do not use this awful company.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY ARW IS A SCAM, No service HELP for 2 weeks for a power switch on a HAVAC system but just a run the around NO manager to speak with,I Never hired a company to where you as a customer to have to contact contractors that they hired in order to resolve the problem inwhich was not resolved they keep your $125.00 deductible and continue to give you the run around.Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. PLEASE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM,and to give you time line March 25,2026 to April 11,2026 for a switch to be replaced no contact to you through email,text,phone call nothing even when you have a mother recovering from a stroke also having an infant and 3 to 5 child in the home in which has gotten sick and still to no remorse nothing was done such a sad company they shouldn't exists to scam good people of of there hard working money.

I have read your response. The issue is that your determination on how you make up your decision was never discuss during my conversation with your customer service representative. Never explained that you have to pay up front for the claim to be processed then you make the determination to give a buy out versus replacing the unit. I understand that you have an agreement with GE to discount items so my belief is that you want your customers to take advantage of your partnership with GE, but you have to admit 300.00 as a buyout is a joke for compensation for a refrigerator. Replacing the refrigerator would have been the right thing to do. It took 3 weeks to receive the buyout payment, did you expect someone to wait 3 weeks without having a refrigerator. I look at it as I only received 175.00 since I paid 125.00 for nothing. I have already spoke to someone that gave me the same response as the response given in my initial review. Stay away from this company. I gave a 1 because there call center answers in a timely manner.

They worst consumer service ever
Been waiting 3 weeks to get a Plumming issue fixed with my shower and drain. Called multiple times per week waiting for approval, contractor took over a week to even come to my home than 2 weeks for someone to even show up to do work waiting for so called approval from ARE . Very Unorganized still have missing work that both of the contractors telling me they have no records of. Why ARW MADE ME PAY FOR two SERVICE CALLS NOW they ALL CONFUSED WHO SUPPOSED TO DO WHAT. ALSO very expensive co payments on top of your monthly payments. Every service call is 125 dollars. After this is over I will be canceling them post haste!!!
