Colors do not match, very poor communication
Ordered customized AirPods.
Product is great, but service is below all the critics.
- The resulting colors do not match the order. And it is not a slight difference, but dramatic difference. As if they just took absolutely different random color
- They messed with order details, like color of customized text. It was simply missing from my order - good that I saved screenshot as a proof
- Poor communication. You cannot ask about expected dates and the order status. WhatsApp can be not replied during days. Telephone also often simply not answered.
The company technically can make good products, but they do not care about customer at all

delivery in 7 days to the UK
To my hesitant surprise the delivery was 7 days total to the UK and though delivery cost was high at £30 there was no delay in handling for a gift that will advance scientific enquiry in youngsters no end.

The colour looks not good for me and i contact them to change it after i receive the item and they accept to change it , that was so appreciated and i love the way they respect they customers and the way they understand the market and how they are care a lot about customers satisfaction.
