I had been made aware of Zeeshan and his team's activities within my network. That's why I contacted them.
I wanted to have a new application built, for which I didn't provide a complete architecture, but rather a rough sketch.
By discussing this sketch, initially with Zeeshan alone for the quote and later with the entire team, I wanted an organic consultation where my knowledge of the transport industry, my clients' needs, and the Zeeshan team's knowledge of new software development and similar projects were combined to create a successful new application (web app and mobile apps).
I realized that outsourcing has disadvantages in terms of communication, but advantages in terms of the development costs for a fairly comprehensive solution. I wouldn't have been able to afford such a comprehensive solution in the Netherlands. That would have been at least three times as expensive. I'd already received shockingly high quotes.
Sometimes, if there was a moment of misunderstanding with his team during a Zoom meeting, Zeeshan would discuss something with them in their native language, then come back online to check if his conclusions about my intentions were correct. That worked perfectly. A great process!
Zeeshan, who speaks and understands excellent English, leading his team prevented many misunderstandings. In group sessions with the entire team and myself via Zoom, issues were resolved during the interactions. Each meeting ended on a positive note after both sides had clarified matters.
We achieved a fantastic result this way. The project was delivered to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Zeeshan and his team for all your projects.
