Absolutely avoid this company. I ordered two porta potties on a Tuesday for Thursday delivery. No porta potties. My credit card was charged twice as pending charges. They did resolve that. They promised they would deliver Friday, they did not. I was contacted by two companies who contract with them. Friday at 5:00 they were trying to find some company to deliever to me. I called AGAIN and they didnt have the decency to tell me they had forgot me or dropped the ball. I was lucky enough to have a contractor company take pity on me and agree to bring them and pay them cash. I called ASAP and cancaled, told them to refund my money. Now I wait. This company its a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would this company was supposed to deliver one Porto toilet for my demolition job for $301 for 30 days. The toilet never showed up and they charged me 301+281 for nothing. They took the money out of my account and did not deliver the toilet on the 13th for my demolition getting a hold of anybody was a nightmare and I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. Why did they have the ability to move so quick on taking my money but they couldn’t move that quick on delivering my service. I will never use this company again and I suggest anyone who’s considering using a portal toilet do not use this company. You will be greatly disappointed and scammed for your money these days. It’s hard to pay for things but when you have people scamming you out of your money, it makes it even more disappointing and stressful. I do not remember ever having to leave this bad of a reference review for any company, but the fact of how I was treated and how they wouldn’t get back to me and the games that I feel like they were playing I think they should be embarrassed for services that you pay for, but are not rendered.

I said I was not paying more for their mistake and they completely cancelled my order. Bad business. Will be reporting them and ASAP Site Service to the Better Business Bureau.

Scheduled a dropbox from ASAP for a Friday and with a week of anticipation, scheduled for a Friday to take care of a weekend demolition, the dropbox didn't show up, called on that afternoon and no one answered the phone.
Saturday came and the dropbox didn't show up again, finally get a hold of someone and they tell me "They forgot to put it in the schedule and they can't do anything until Monday"
Now I have a back yard full of demolition debris.
Finally it showed up on 4 days late, on Tuesday, had to pay $300 for someone to move all the demolition debris to the dropbox.
Called ASAP again to get the dropbox picked up the following Monday, they didn't showed up until Wednesday, now the dropbox is blocking access to the other vendors that already had scheduled, the excuse this time "We can't find the truck driver", more money down the drain for delays in the project.
I will never use this company again, and will recommend to anyone who wants a professional and reliable service to look somewhere else.
Quotes Mean Nothing
After a month of back and forth because ASAP over charged us by almost three hundred dollars, they came back and said the original price was a misquote. How in the heck do you come back 30 days later to say it was a misquote, I don't even know if that's legal to do. We are currently going through BBB of Maryland regarding this issue . So beware of doing business with this company.

I ordered a porta poty Aug 28, 2025. As soon as I received the invoice I saw that I was being charged (I live in NC) they were delivering it to someone in NY.
I tried to call and correct it but call wouldn’t go through (same # I used to order) then tried to reply to their email , it kicked back as undeliverable. Found another # on google, called and canceled. Since then had 3 people tell me that I’d receive an email and a return of my deposit. NOTHING. Later 2 people called told me I’d get my refund. NOTHING. I found the owners (Sean Mahon) email address on the web and sent him a message, he replied he’d take care of it. So far haven’t heard anything. Hopefully people will read their reviews before ordering anything from them. Good luck, you’ll need it.
Terrible experience, do not do business with them
Please save yourself and do not order from here. Additional warning, this is the same company as asapmarketplace.com. I had a porta-potty order paid and confirmed weeks out of an event. Delivery day came and went and no delivery. That same day, their customer service line mysteriously went down (hung up every time I called, which was A LOT). I called the general number and they seemed to see my order but couldn't do anything to help. They kept promising to keep me posted but time would go by and I would call again to get a different person with the same promise. The sales person I worked with directly also stopped answering his phone, emails, even after I begged to get an update, starting to feel like I was being scammed, which I shared with him (Justin Soden). I finally got through to customer service the next morning (day before event) and they claimed I didn't approve a price increase so that's why it wasn't delivered. I asked what the cost increase was, no one could tell me. They kept asking me to approve the increase and I said obviously I can't because you won't tell me what it is. I got another person on the phone who said so sorry the vendor they used didn't have an available porta-potty so they went with a different vendor, hence the increase (he even couldn't tell me how much). He said my order would be canceled and refunded and the only silver lining is I was actually refunded. I was actually shocked this happened because I was feeling like this is a scam and I'd be out a couple hundred dollars. I have never experienced anything like this. To this day, Justin has ghosted me. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I am still unsure if this company is legit and I just put up enough of a fight to get refunded that they were sick of me.

On July 14, 2025, I contacted ASAP Site Services to schedule a new service drop off for a portable toilet for July 16, 2025. I specifically informed them that any delivery must be done between the days and hours of M-F 7am to 5pm, as the gate for the construction site is closed outside these times. On July 17, I contacted them to inquire why the toilet was not delivered. They informed me that it was not scheduled until July 23. On July 24, we contacted ASAP Site Services again to ask why the toilet was not delivered and was told the delivery was refused. They tried to deliver the toilet outside of the M-F 7am to 5pm window. Again, we set up a delivery date for July 27, but the toilet was not delivered. It was finally delivered on July 29. On the same day, we were charged $635.70 for the drop off, use, and service of the toilet. Since the drop off date of July 29, the toilet has not been serviced. After being informed that the toilet is full, and an environmental hazard, I might add, and it has never been serviced, I contacted ASAP Site Services on August 17 to inform them they have a full toilet that has not been serviced. They put in a ticket to have someone call me and dispatch someone to come service the toilet. I never heard from anyone. On August 18, I contacted them again trying to speak to someone who could help me with getting the toilet serviced and a refund for the money paid to have the toilet serviced. It is now August 19, I contacted them again after no phone call back, I cancelled the service and was told I would get an email confirmation with proof of cancellation, which I have yet to receive. I was charged for another month's service for $537.30 on August 18 and need a full refund, another ticket was created and I have yet to hear from anyone. I tried calling back to let them know the email did not go through and the phone number can no longer take my call.

I spoke to Justin and he gave me the best deal possible ,he was totally upfront about all the costs and he was absolutely available to answer my calls anytime I called him , never in a rush to finish any conversation ,I really liked him ,he was the kind of guy you'd like to call a friend from the very get go . His customer service was enough to seal the deal for me , it takes a certain kind of personality to deal with the public and he's got it all together. Definitely an A+++++ top of the line class .

Do not use this service, good pricing lures you in. IT IS NOT WORTH IT, hassle after hassle, double charging and triple charging. Arguing about these false charges on my card. Whatever you do, do not use them. A year later and they’re trying to charge me again.

Worst experience i ever had. No communications, no call back, no fallow up. I had to call every hour to see if its going to get deliver and agent is just confuse of what going on. Just bad customer service. Next day i call to get a refund and the agent say that the hauler was there and try to call me so he left becuase i didnt answer, trying to say that the hauler came by twice and i didnt answer the phone. And both time that hauler was supposedly at my house calling me, i was in the phone with ASAP agent telling them where is my porta potty. I was calling ASAP every hr to get an update. Turns out ASAP gave the hauler a wierd as 10 digit number to call me, trying to say that ASAP was in contact with the hauler the whole time. Agent noted down that the hauler was in contact with them every step of his way but when i was blowing up there phone every hr demanding if they are dropping it off, the agent was just confuse of the what the situation was. Couldnt give me a straight answer. Just terrible customer service, terrible just terrible. The phone number that was given to hauler look like an account number that the agent copy and pasted. And Im serious the area code doesnt match any area code in the US. I was looking out the whole time and didnt not see any hauler stop at the street trying to call me. Funny thing is that ASAP agent say that i do not need to be present for delivery but hauler left because i didnt answer the phone. I mean i even made room and give strict and direct instruction to put it in thr drive way, it oviously is a no brainer. I told the agent the drive way will be clear and put it anywhere in the drive way as you feel its best to put it. Im starting to think this company is a scam or Just bad work practice or there customer representative just dont give a shit about there job because alot of mistake and alot of confusion and alot of bad communication was made on there end. Now they say i can lose a percentage of my refund because they coudnt get my orders right. To be the one to do me dirty and do a bad undelivered no show job and they can still eat a percentage of the refund. If anything i did more work than ASAP i had to do all the calling and trying to coordinate trying to get updates. I will never use this service again. Look like a dont give a rats ass business attitude. If i can put negitve death star i would but say i have to put a 1 star.

I paid this company 399.24 for 2 porta potties to be delivered on 5/30/25. I asked for a copy of the invoice and the gave me the run around and never received the invoice. All comments indicate this company is a fraud.
The 5 star reviews were written by the company.
The simple lack of communication with Ericka created a needless amount of stress.
After processing the cost on my credit card she completely stopped communicating.
Reading the negative reviews caused concern that this was a scam. Did not know I was dealing wkith a call center due to lack of response.
It finally worked out but better communication would have caused me to be lessed stressed

Don't waste your time.
I only have then one star because I couldn't give them lower. After booking with them, which they canceled, I'm all of a sudden getting serious spam calls. Run! I spent 45 mins on the phone setting this up. Now I see almost all of the reviews are negative.
