Always explain things in a clear and concise way. Do not use any unnecessary jargon, always keep things simple. Investments have always done well and they are happy to explain anything I'm not sure about, also happy to answer any questions in a timely manner.

Being made to change advisor with no information and in general poor information when account details change the change of advisor for instance, why does every single account have to be changed individually? surely it can be done that any account in my and my wives name would all change at once.

Efficient, polite and friendly service from the Ascot Lloyd team
I had a very swift response to my queries via both email and phone calls. There had been a technical issue at the time. It was corrected as soon as possible, the AL Client Services Executive, (Summer McIntosh)was very polite and helpful and I was able to access the information I required relatively quickly the next day.
