Scammed for ASDA vouchers
I didn't order them and informed Asda it was a scam but they couldn't do anything about it and told me to speak to my bank rather than cancelling the vouchers

This was a fraudulant charge by a scammer that I promptly reported to the bank! Fraud was committed by the recepient of the gift cards...

The website frequently fails to complete transactions
The website frequently fails to allow payments to be made. I have contacted customer services several times over 18 months & the staff are unable to assist, above simply suggesting trying again later. For a business the size of ASDA, this is staggering & unacceptable. This should be a simple, straightforward transaction & instead, it frequently just doesn’t work. Dreadful

Service was a scammers paradise.
Service was a scammers paradise.
They were able to signup for an account in my name without access to my email. (Surely there should have been a verification step)
They were able to purchase with the code going to a throwaway email of theirs.
Apple Gift Card which was their reward of choice, which was unable to be cancelled, when notified of the fraud.
Perhaps needs some cybersecurity thought needed on tightening this up?
