been wating for my order since Dec 16th
can't get a hold of ANYONE
& just got a package from there for a company different address!!! I just went to deliver the package to the correct address (wasn't even near the same street)
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Seriously worse service

This is seriously the worse service I have experienced. I have emailed them several times concerning a parcel and my concerns have been completely ignored. Now I have dealt with online companies for decades and have experienced bad service and Asendia is right at the top with a few others.

All I can tell people is ignore this company as much as possible. A company that chooses to ignore customer concerns makes me wonder if they aren't a scam and not legit.

Absolute shambles. Avoid at all cost

Absolute shambles. Two out of two packages failed delivery from US to Romania claiming package refused & Parcel sent back to original sender. And this is despite speaking to account manager at Asendia well in advance regarding delivery of the 2nd parcel. Since one week Asenida went silent, doesnt reply to emails. Avoid like a plague.

Avoid this company

You are the worst transporter I have ever dealt with. In addition, the UniUni company that was supposed to deliver the package on August 2, 2024 did not do so even though it wrote on their website that it was Out for delivery. Excellent service for customers that you and UniUni offer and carry the customer from one side to another. Shame on you for the way you serve a customer. I would never want to do business with this company again. Don't even answer me because I'm already tired of listening to embarrassing excuses because you don't take into account what the customers say anyway. Four days have passed since you had to deliver the package!

I am ashamed of you.

Empty Post Bag from Amazon

I ordered a US game from a 3rd party on Amazon, shipped through Amazon.

An EMPTY postbag arrived from England, with Asendia listed on the label as the shipper. Because the scanned bag itself arrived, its now up to me to prove the product was missing.

Super frustrating.

So eBay used these geniuses to ship a Lenovo laptop to me. Guess what, the screen arrived broken and when I turned on the laptop it started making strange noises. The laptop arrived completely busted.

This is the worst shipping company I have had ship me something. No idea why eBay still uses them as one of their shipping providers.

i recently ordered something from the us to denmark arrived to danish customs in a week. i think most of the people are having good experience. and only the ones that have bad ones write a review i have another package on the way from the us with asendia usa will update how long that one takes. and shipped with e-paq plus

Ich habe mehrmals an die angegebene Kundenrufnummer an verschiedenen Tagen angerufen. Es geht keiner ans Telefon. Kundenservuce=0
Ich habe mehrere Emails an verschiedenen Tagen gesendet. Keine Reaktion. Hilfreich wäre die Einrichtung eines Anrufbeantworters, Rückrufe und eine automatische Info, dass die Email eingegangen ist und bearbeitet wird. Die Webseite müsste überarbeitet werden. Bei Problemen dreht man sich im Kreis.

Absolute Rubbish Company - Be Warned!!!

Dodgy company at best. I have been waiting 7 weeks for an item that hasn't even left Europe yet. When I contacted Asendia for an update, their what appears to be a standard reply was "contact the sender for a refund or to lodge an enquiry" I have no trust in Asendia or any company uses them. I will never EVER use them again - Useless is a compliment!

So Many Parcels Go Missing!!

I ordered an item that was of sentimental value and something that had taken years to find. It was posted from the US in April and arrived in Australia via Asendia USA International shipping on 3 May. It's now 26 July, nearly 3 months later and the parcel was not received by Australia Customs or in turn by Australia Post, to complete its journey. Asendia when I asked them to look into it for me, just said to contact Etsy and place an insurance claim. The return of the money wasn't the point. I wanted the parcel. So very disappointed!! I won't buy through Etsy again given they use this company to send parcels through. An investigation needs to take place by Asendia to determine why so many parcels go missing!!!

This is absolutely a criminal organization. On the 3rd of may, 2020, I sent a package ( a macbook charger) with these idiotic thieves and till today, I have not seen it!!
The tracking says it has been delivered to my local post office. And when I go to the postal service to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel, they say that they don't know anything about the tracking number from asendia. I can't do nothing but wonder why a thieving organization like this is still in bussiness.

I ordered a parcel in the US…

I ordered a parcel in the US (LS550284555CH) which was shipped on february 1st. It arrived in the Netherlands on febr 10th. 3 Weeks later it's still not delivered, mails to Asendia Netherlands and US remain unanswered.

So I have little faith that the parcel will arrive!

THerefor I can't recommend this shipping company.

May parcel was delivered to 805060 Zürich ( say Asendia ) tracking , may address is in 8046 Zürich !!!

No answer of may complains from this criminal organisation !

May Parcel Nr was LS591717021CH

My tip : If you order something by Ali Express , contact Company or saler direct and ask , if sending parcel with a normal serious parcel service is possible !!!

Let the fingers from original Ali Express delievery parcel service and also by Etsy they have had sent one parcel to Sweden instead of Switzerland !!!

I think that is a criminal system behind to make money , with items of other people !!!
