ASF Locksmiths Ltd Avis

I can’t recommend Sean at ASF Locksmith highly enough.

I called Sean first thing in the morning because our front door had become increasingly difficult to lock and unlock, with the multi-point locking system feeling clunky and starting to jam. Sean arranged to come out that same day and arrived at exactly the time he said he would, around lunchtime.

From the moment he arrived, Sean was friendly, professional and extremely polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem, expertly realigned the multi-point locking system and replaced the lock barrel with a much higher quality, more secure lock.

We were so impressed with Sean’s workmanship, attention to detail and honest advice that we asked him to replace the locks on our other door and garage as well. He also upgraded our door furniture to a far superior set, which not only looks much better but also provides additional anti-theft protection.

Nothing was too much trouble, and Sean really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before he left. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers.

If you’re looking for a locksmith who is reliable, knowledgeable, punctual and provides outstanding workmanship at a fair price, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean at ASF Locksmith. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Brilliant and efficient throughout. Very prompt response. Mended a door problem for us so quickly and professionally and in such a wonderfully friendly way. All done so cleanly, no mess created at all. Really kind, understanding, helpful and excellent in every way. Thank you!

Highly recommend Sean to undertake any lock issues. Called at 9am after having an issue with my front door, described what was wrong and he gave an indication of cost. Arrived promptly as agreed that morning and quickly got to work. Pricing competitive and clearly discussed. Also upfront by saying what he could fix rather than automatically charging to replace items! Asked about issues with some windows and he quickly went round and sorted those too! Professional, tidy and great workmanship, highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service from Sean, quickly resolved my front door, would highly recommend him.

Absolutely superb, fast service from such a nice chap. Arrived within a couple of hours and did a fantastic job for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Following a recent unsuccessfull break in ,which left the lock on my back door damaged, I called Sean with regard to replacing the damaged lock. He returned my call within minutes and arrived shortly after(impressive!) This was on a Friday and the new lock needed to be ordered. Sean called the following Monday and he arrived an hour or so later to fit the new lock plus replacing another lock on an internal door. Both jobs completed quickly, efficiently and to an excellent standard and at a very reasonable cost.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean to anyone. Thank you Sean for your help and advice.

We called Sean to fix two locks that were showing signs of wear. It wasn't an emergency call-out as such, but he came promptly, assessed the locks and ordered new parts (which also came promptly). He did an absolutely first class job, including cutting keys – great service. Sean is a neat worker, and an excellent communicator (letting us know arrival time when he was on his way, and what was happening with parts, etc.). His pricing is extremely transparent. A pleasure to have around. Thank you so much. I repeat: first class!

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt that Shaun at ASF really merited one. I was recommended him via our village website from someone who was impressed with his service.
He responded quickly, came on time, was very efficient and friendly and charged a very reasonable price. He quickly identified the problem with my window and fixed it.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him

Felt I had to leave a review. Service was absolutely fantastic. Quick response, problem solved. Overall service so professional, polite and careful. Honestly, cannot recommend highly enough. Will use again, if required. FIVE stars.

Really nice experience with Sean today. I called him yesterday to see about scheduling an appointment and was pleased that he was able to come out so quickly. He fixed the issue we were having in around 10minutes and was really friendly about the whole thing. Really professional and would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service today from Sean, answered the phone promptly, arrived when he said he would. Efficient, friendly service and no hidden cost, and went the extra mile to help stop the door sticking. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic job! I had an issue with the front door lock/gearbox. Sean came around the same day (not an emergency call out), and fixed it very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Sean is fast, efficient and polite, and does not overcharge for his services. Can fully recommend. Daryl and Susan, from Cross, near Axbridge.
