Thank you for taking he time to leave us your feedback. Some of our products are made to order and require a lengthy production process (due to the nature of hand-crafted pieces). We aim our best to expedite all orders and deliver them to our customers as soon as possible. We do have multiple inspection points to mitigate the risk of delivering defected or damaged items which at times further adds to the delivery timing - this order was delivered in 11 weeks as anticipated at the time of ordering.

Good stuff- I ordered a coffee table and a chair, both are solid. Delivery team was helpful and took away all the garbage. I paid $300 for white glove, although not much assembly was required. Would have gone with standard shipping.

As some of our products can tend to be on the heavier side (more specifically stone or marble tops) we do recommend white-glove although it definitely is not a must!
