Excellent company, I always use Ashcroft to source my medication, the prices are brilliant and the medical questionnaire is in depth but simple and its checked by a doctor so its safe too

Poor and very unprofessional
I made an order which arrived on time. Upon opening the package, the wrong amount of medicine was sent. Also on closer inspection, the totally wrong medication was sent. This is in my opinion is extremely dangerous, especially after it had been checked twice, once by the pharmisist and once by the dispenser. The response by Ashcroft pharmacy was an apology and to give a 50% discount and a redelivery. Not good.

I honestly can’t thank Ashcroft Pharmacy enough for the support they’ve given me over the past 14 months. When I struggled to get help through the NHS, they stepped in and completely changed things for me.
With their help, I’ve lost over 10 stone, which still feels incredible to say. Throughout the entire journey, they’ve been consistently kind, courteous, and genuinely supportive — never rushed, always approachable, and clearly invested in helping their customers succeed.
Their service has always been prompt and reliable, and their prices have remained very competitive, which made a big difference over such a long period.
