Easy to order. But I messed up on the color of my wool cap. I wanted graphite grey, but after I placed order, I realized I must have ordered ash gray. That was all on me. Other than that, the ordering process went smooth.

I wanted a different hat than my usual baseball cap and saw your ad on the internet. I liked what I heard about Walter and that the caps were handmade in Baltimore and not imported. I hope that's true. Ordering was simple and quick. Oh, by the way, I'm 82 years old.

Excellent customer service/communication - but mostly a wonderful product. I ordered a leather cap and the quality is supreme. Easily adjustable to fit even large heads and very attractive and comfortable to wear! I couldn’t be more pleased.

The hat arrived fairly quickly, it fits well, is comfortable, and is classy enough to be worn in a variety of settings. One slight glitch was when I tried to track my order, it did not find it. Evidently the tracking system was down. I contacted the Ashford company they were very helpful, the problem was quickly solved, and I received my order a few days later. A great company to deal with.
