We have had great service from Ashford Blake. After taking 6 months to look for and decide on a perfect dining table we settled on one from Ashford Blake. It arrived and we loved it. Unfortunately a crack appeared and after contacting Lana at customer services we were very quickly offered a replacement timber. Rob and Ale arrived with it and had it swapped quickly and efficiently. We love our table and are delighted with both it and the service we have had.

Just received our cask brown breakfast bar, it is even better than we expected.
The service from Ashford Blake was excellent from placing the order to receiving the furniture.
We were notified of the delivery date and expected time, you could track the delivery on the day then we got a phone call from the driver 30mins before they arrived.
Ale and Tom were brilliant, they unpacked everything and built the bar and placed it where we wanted it. All rubbish was removed and Ale went through the do’s and don’ts for cleaning the wood etc.
Highly recommend using Ashford Blake, their furniture is far better quality than similar products we looked at.

Fantastic delivery service from Ale and Rob today. They called in advance of arrival, table was put together efficiently and they consulted us on the position of the legs and advised re aftercare of the wood.
