Ashton + Barrow Avis 69

Absolutely gutted with this company
Like others I ordered goods in Nov ‘23, and never received them.
I mailed them and they sent a generic reply saying they were busy ect. After the second mail I sent they replied with a fake delivery dispatch email saying my order was on its way with DPD I asked for the tracking number to which they replied with yet another generic “ busy” email.
The social media and web pages have disappeared yet company is still on companies house.
Needless to say I’ve never received my goods and no explanation for this

Big red flag do not buy from these scammers!

I placed an order on 1st November, the items have never arrived. I have chased several times, but the company just ignore my emails. They are SCAMMERS!

Never received the goods! I’ve contacted the company twice and they told me they’re closing down and to be patient but that was months ago now and still no goods have arrived. Not only that but they’ve not contacted me to explain anything. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off.

I haven’t received delivery of my order, and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone

I have paid £541 for three paintings and three weeks later, they haven’t arrived and I can’t get hold of anyone to find out.

I'm an American customer and bought the Art Deco Quilted Velvet Duvet Set - Emerald Green. Here's what was great about the company and product:
- Timely product arrival
- Quite put-together packaging
- Soft (feels like a dream to sit on and rest in)

While I'd highly recommend this product as it seriously is gorgeous and definitely fits the Harry Potter Hufflepuff comfy lounge set vibe I was looking for, here's what I'd say is a slight downside about the product:
The underside part of the product comes very wrinkled and the fabric doesn't seem as attached to the filling within it that gives the product its weight and warmth. It's not a pressing issue but could be one down-the-line. I don't want to have to bust out the sewing machine but if it comes to bother me enough I will. I'm a kind of crafty person anyways so I may just want to though.

No one answered repeated voicemail messages and delivery was not in line with the timescales on the website
