Ashton Reeves weren’t our first choice when we chose to enquire about our property which was marketed by another (big) agent as well as Ashton Reeves.

This (big) agent practically gave us the cold shoulder and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong by enquiring about a property more than £500k for whatever reason (maybe they thought we didn’t look the type to afford it).

Having no luck, my wife found that Ashton Reeves had the same property advertised so we approached them.

The difference was unbelievable. From the first point of contact right up until we got our keys; Ashton Reeves we’re friendly, welcoming, and so professional. The service we received is probably one of the best services we’ve received from any company.
