I ordered a snoopy purse(handbag) and received a thin tiny wallet in place. It doesn’t even have snoopy on it. When i reached out to them they said they would correct the problem. Days later and nothing has been resolved. Bad business!!! Would not order from them.

Well please don't send money. I'm out 188.00 and my coach bag didn't arrive. Scam site I'll be disputing the charges as fraud..

Do not buy from this company. The dress that I purchased from was dirty and the fabric was low quality. The picture on the website appears a better quality than the actual dress. This company won’t even allow you to return the item. Just save your self the trouble.

I order frm this company 30th dec 2025 until now have not received my order i have emailed their customer support service no reply frm them so i suggest stay away frm this company as this company is a scammer and they dont even bother replying to my emails waste of money and ti.e

Total scam. I ordered a crystal mug that was supposed to be “designed in France” with all this fancy marketing, but what I got was cheap and completely different from what they advertised.

To make it worse, when I tried to return it, the return address was in China—nothing like what they claimed. Full of misleading information.

And the customer service? A joke. They promised a refund but never sent it. I followed up over 10 times and got completely ignored.

Stay far away from this company. Nothing but lies and terrible service.

Total scam!! Bought pair of jeans, arrived, wrong size and colour and then had to send them back (CHINA-red alert) they then came back to me unopened by their end. Convenient no-one now replies to get a refund.

I too was scammed by this company. I returned the shoes to China as instructed to receive refund, and the shipment was returned back to me this week.
Disappointingly,PAYPAL closed the case and I have no way of getting my money back.

SCAMMERS - the product I have received is literally a child’s plastic camping cup. TOTAL SCAM!! It is not crystal it is made of plastic and they want me to pay my own return postage internationally which will cost more than it’s worth to send back.

Do not trust this shop! I ordered 2 linen dresses and received 2 polyester dresses from China. To get refund was told to return dresses to China at $50 postage only to have them bounce back. No refund as yet

This company are scammers the shoes are not orthopaedic very cheap quality sizing is not correct. They charged me for shoes I didn’t order. I returned the ones I did order took months for refund then only got refunded for three pairs and not the ones I didn’t order!!! Stay away from this Ashwood Melbourne it’s not in Melbourne but China BEWARE! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could. This company is nothing but scammers and frauds. I bought a pair of shoes for $74.94 on 10th Oct and when they came they were too small. So I request a refund. I got an email saying:

1. Exchange with shipping fee: You can receive a new size but you will need to return the item and a fee of 24.95 AUD for the cost of goods.
2. Free Exchange: You can receive a new size free of charge, including shipping and keep the product.
3. 30% Refund: You can receive a 30% refund on your purchase and keep the product.
4. 60% Gift Card: You can opt for a 60% gift card, which you can use for any future purchases, while keeping the product.
5. Full Refund: You can return the product to our warehouse in Asia at your own expense, and we will process a full refund upon receipt. This is in accordance with our company's shipping policy

I opted for full refund to send back to store. Then they proceeded to tell me to send it back to China, which ended up costing me $35 something. I sent return tracking number thru email on 1st November. By 25th December I had not received my refund. I contacted seller. Got this email:

We are currently confirming receipt of the package with our warehouse team.

Please allow us a few business days to verify and complete the inspection process. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process your refund and notify you accordingly.

I emailed them yesterday 11 days later and set up a case with PayPal against them, which PayPal said they are going to refund me cause the case was in my favour.
I got an email today saying:

As per our return policy, customers are responsible for returning the item and covering the associated shipping costs. Please do not buy of this company! They aren’t based in Melbourne Australia and are scammers and frauds. Lucky only for PayPal that I will get the cost/money of the product back.

Avoid like the plague if you don’t want to get ripped off.

This company are frauds, their shoes are rubbish advertised as orthopaedic.
I returned my shoes the day they were delivered as the quality was cheap and nasty, nothing like the shoes advertised on the site.
I had to return the shoes to China at my cost to claim a refund, that was months ago and I still haven’t been reimbursed.

Aside from this company clearly being fraudulent, it's concerning that so many obviously fake reviews are published on this site ... generic praise from supposedly verified contributors who've all written only one review - skewing the star ratings to far, far higher than the zero stars this "business" deserves. Meanwhile, everyone else posting about this business has been ripped off. We can’t even trust TrustPilot!

This company is fraudulent, they are based in China. The products they advertise are nothing like what you will receive. If you attempt to return the products you will be advised you can only get a refund when the products are back at the warehouse in China. After you pay a ridiculous amount of money to return the product, it will be refused at the warehouse and sent back to you. Should not be allowed to operate, equivalent to thieves, only legal.

I received my order in time but only after contacting the company and alerting them to the fact that no communication at all came through even though I placed an order and paid for it.

sandals are fairly comfy as the front part is square and the toes are not squeezed, however… these are advertised as orthopaedic and leather, really where??? why??? There is absolutely nothing orthopaedic about these sandals, and they are not made from leather, thought being advertised as such. All parts of these sandals, including the top and insoles are made from cheap imitation plastic material that is made to look like suede and leather . The hills and the front decorative elements are all cheap looking plastic . I don’t understand how a company could be so bold at deceiving their customers. Shame!!
