Dedicated and trustworthy
Had been ordering from AGO consistently for three years and every experience was a good one. As a full time carer for my elderly parent, they were a godsend.
There are many things that I liked about them, from the real time delivery tracking, carefully packaged items, the constantly updated snack and ramen range etc (Yum!)
Apart from the quality of items and the fair pricing, the other thing that impressed me the most is their impeccable service.
Whether it is David or AGO team, everyone is polite, helpful and professional, all working hard to make the shopping experience a pleasant one for the customer. All communications were dealt with promptly and in a just manner. You truly get the feeling of being looked after like a family member.

Not honest
I always buy from this shop whenever I need Asian groceries, never have any doubt that they will cheat me. I never had any problem before dealing with them and always think they would send what I ordered but last month put my thoughts about the shop and tried to email them regarding the missing item...no reply even though I messaged them online...still no reply. As a conclusion, I have to let go and not buy anymore from them and once you are not honest, there is no way to turn back. I'm done!! I had been buying with them from the first time they started the business.
