I would have given this website a 0 star if I have a choice. I placed an order on Feb 8th and the status of my order is still under “processing”. I regret not reading the review prior to placing my order. I paid $73.90 cad for shipping even when the product I ordered costs $59.50 cad. I tried to contact them via email, messenger or phone but no response from anyone. WHAT A SCAM!!! Order #52849

I placed an order with them on May 12th and it has yet to arrive. I have tried to contact them through email, Facebook and phone but nothing. Do Not trust this site.

I ordered (#52632). The invoice was issued quickly and then never heard anything more. The phone number provided does not work and various e-mails were not answered. The homepage looks perfect and professional, but I have to wonder if there were even customers served or just the money ripped off.
My conclusion, do not order here.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I ordered in late January with a tracking code. By the end of February, I have not gotten any shipment confirmation nor tracking information. I had also been sending them many emails and messages through their website’s Facebook messenger about my order and no one responded. By the end of February, I ended up opening a dispute with PayPal and got my money back (fortunately). I wish I had listened to some of the negative reviews on here.

Order 52430 since November 30th, 2020
I placed an Order 52430 since November 30th, 2020 and still have not received my order.
Until now the website just states “Processing”.
I have been trying very hard to reach anyone at AsianSnacks but have not received any replies after several emails or web messenger.
The phone number on their website is also invalid.
The credit card company has already charged me for this purchase. If AsianSnacks is not able to deliver due to Covid difficulties, they should at least reply or stop taking orders and arrange a refund.

Huge big scam as well. Impossible to contact them Im so disappointed. I even paid for tracking but I don't even have the tracking number I just have order number that is useless 52386!?????

Thank you for taking your time for review, we had actually shipped out your order but was informed by the Post Office there might be delay to Denmark due to Covid-19. I had been informed other country such as US and UK are working as normal.
In order to compensate you, we had provide you with full refund. Once again, sorry for the delay due to Covid-19
