This app is great

This app is great, I use it for almost all of my classes. It allows me to store many files in specific folders for each of my classes and interact with all the material at the same time. Definitely would recommend!

SCAM company!

SCAM company!! They have double-billed me for 3 months in a row. This last double-billed charge cost me an overdraft fee, which they refused to refund, even though I contacted them 2 days prior and have an email stating they refunded the charge. The charge was STILL processed 2 days later. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC or BANK info!! Also, APA citations do not take you to a legitimate site for verification. BE CAUTIOUS and don't trust them with your financial info!! Very Angry & frustrated!

Unauthorized Annual Charge – No Way to Cancel or Remove Payment Info

I was charged $143.88 on October 13th, 2025 by ASKSiA INC without my consent. I never authorized any auto-renewal or recurring payment. In fact, I haven’t used their service since early this year.

To make things worse:

There is no option on their website to cancel the subscription — the only available button is to upgrade to a higher plan.

There is no way to remove your credit card from the account once it’s entered.

I contacted their support at asksia.ai
, but received no reply at all.

This is completely unethical and feels like a trap. Be very careful if you're considering using this AI service. It’s predatory in nature — you get charged without approval and can't opt out.

Avoid this service at all costs. This is not just poor UX — it’s borderline theft.
